> 3 dayI am very disappointed with this product. This is not the first but the second time I purchase this product and I could not be more disappointed. The first time I received this produced it came broken in three pieces; down the middle and a corner was also broken. I returned the product and repurchased it and guess what? I received it broken again. The packaging of this product is mediocre, as I cant even receive it in one piece.

> 3 dayMy only issue is that my chin has peed on it and the stains do not wash out. Otherwise it works well and he seems to like it.

> 3 dayThis product is precisely what is described. A granite slab. It does its job well, keeping chinchillas cool. The only complaint about it is the price. You can go to a supply store and grab a slab of granite or marble etc for a ton less, especially if its a scrap slab or was destined for the trash and they dont have to cut it or anything. They may even give it to you free if you tell them what its for because its too small to use for anything. But, if youre like me and dont want to deal with people then this is the next best thing. Next time I will make the extra effort to go to a store that sells countertops/material and the like though, Im not too fond of wasting money. It is good if you have a super pet cage though with those horrible plastic shelves. The stone fits nicely on an end of the shelf. Chinchillas are likely to eat the plastic and since they cant digest it it just sits in their GI tract, blocking other food from being metabolised. I do actually have a super pet cage with the aforementioned horrible shelves, but thankfully my chin doesnt chew the plastic as Ive watched her in it for weeks now. I plan on replacing the shelves anyways in the near future. Just a word of caution to you chin owners out there.

> 3 dayNot sure they use it for what its made for. I live in California and I thought it might cool them down. I do use it to feed wheatgrass on it. They pee on it too.

> 3 dayThis is an ideal product for my little chinchilla. he loves to lie on it to keep himself nice and cool in the warmer weather.

> 3 dayThese chill blocks are nicely sized, easy to clean, and help keep my chinchilla from overheating. The one thing I don’t like is that the corners are sharp which concerns me. It’s probably unlikely, but it’s possible my chinchilla could hurt herself on the corners. If they were slightly rounded, or maybe covered, I would feel more confident.

> 3 dayI have a 4 year old American fuzzy lop, and she loves her chilly stones. She spends 100% of her time when shes resting on her stone. We bought her several, so at each cage clean we can take it out and wash it. 10/10 would recommend

> 3 dayMy chinchilla loves them! He has a large house and we both enjoy the options that he has with having multiple ones. Having more than one also provides the option of putting one in the freezer as a backup on a hot day or if the AC should fail for any reason.
