This baby cam was reasonably priced. It works well, the camera shows a clea picture and the audio is great.

Product wouldn’t charge after 1 month of use. Kidsneed reached out and mentioned that they have completely fixed the charging issue and also offered the option for a full refund or a new unit.

I am so glad that Kidsneed has a wonderful customer service department. They contacted me and rushed a replacement monitor which is working just fine. They followed up to be sure we had received it and we couldn’t be more pleased. I am certain the new one will be great. Thanks so much, Kidsneed. I use my monitor to keep up with my 94 years young Mom. The night vision is great and the clear picture makes it easy to check on Mom.

Picture is good. Sounds glitches every once in a while. It doesnt show when its fully charged. Red light stays red until I disconnect to see if it was charged, it had already been about 3 hours just to find out it was fully charged. I have only had it for a week, hope it works as good as now.

The parent monitor stopped charging after a few months and I was thinking we were going to have to buy a new one, but I reached out to their customer service via email and they emailed me back within a few hours saying they were going to send me a new monitor free of charge and didn’t have to send in the old one. Super easy and simple! I received the new upgraded monitor a few days later and have had no problems since. I highly recommend this product because it works great and the customer service is very easy to work with and very fast!

Even works decently on opposite sides of a 4,000 SQFT house on different floors. Obviously the 1,000 foot distance range is only in open space which is unrealistic. Aside from the night vision and the ability to remotely adjust the camera which are great, it even has features like a light indicator on top of the monitor showing the sound level. So you can see if and how loud your baby is crying even with the sound off. Also love the temperature moniter to know if babys room is getting hot or cold.

Ordered this in December and not even 6 months and it won’t hold a charge or stay charged. Update: I reached out to the company annd told them about my problem and they were so helpful and are sending me a new monitor. Extremely great customer service.

I bought this for my elderly father-in-law on hospice we are taking care of him, and with this Little monitor we can keep an eye out at all times.
