Have been using this camera for a couple of weeks now with no complaints! Just wanted a simple camera without all the fancy apps and wi-fi connection, etc. The picture is clear and great quality, even when its on night vision. The sound is also very clear. Id say the battery life on the monitor is about 7 hours total. I tried leaving it beside my bed unplugged one night and it was starting to die around 4am. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Great monitor when you have no Wi-Fi. Had an issue with charging the monitor piece but the seller made it right.

Bought this two months ago worked great. Then for no reason it keep loosing connection. Worked great when it dint loose connection. Night vision is good an sound quality. This company solved my problem. Thanks.

Second update- here we are a few months after receiving a brand new monitor and it is doing the same thing again. “Waiting for connection”. It beeps very loudly when it does this and is disruptive at night. I reached back out to the seller requesting a refund because the product is once again not working but never heard back. A month later I reached out again and still haven’t heard back. All in all I tried my best to like this monitor but it is just a piece of junk. I wouldn’t waste my money! Updated review. The customer service from this company has been amazing. They reached out and sent a new baby monitor completely free. It has been working 100% with no issues and we are very Happy with the monitor and service. The monitors image quality is decent, good enough. Night vision about the same. The problem is after about 2.5 months it started saying “waiting for connection” every so often. Very frustrating

Monitor is crystal clear and the battery lasts for hours without charging. Great camera and monitor.

I have been using this product for about 9 months now, and it has been great to monitor from our bedroom to the nursery. The product did have issues, and customer support was able to send a new unit at no cost after trying to trouble shoot. Within 3 days, we had a new monitor and after testing it for a couple of weeks now, no issues and runs great. We wanted a non-wifi camera, because Wifi takes hits and our experience wasnt always the most reliable or constantly needed troubleshooting. Would buy again if needed to

This monitor constantly loses connection and it beeps when it does, no way to turn that off, so it just wakes you up in the middle of the night. The picture quality is low quality, and is slightly zoomed in so monitor has to be far from baby. The battery on the monitor also runs out very quick.

I purchased this monitor a few months ago and unfortunately the hand piece stopped charging. While it is not great for a product to break so quickly, I wanted to write this review because a) sometimes there are lemons and b) their customer service was incredible. I emailed them with my issue, they responded very quickly asking for a video of the issue I was having, and immediately came up with a solution to get a new device to me quickly. I already have a new monitor and this all took place in less than a week. They gave me excellent customer service!!
