Update: Customer service was very helpful and made it right. Literally only have had the monitor one month and the battery goes dead within an hour and doesnt hold a charge anymore! Charge it all day and night and still only one bar. Super annoying that there is no way to contact the manufacturer!

Second update- here we are a few months after receiving a brand new monitor and it is doing the same thing again. “Waiting for connection”. It beeps very loudly when it does this and is disruptive at night. I reached back out to the seller requesting a refund because the product is once again not working but never heard back. A month later I reached out again and still haven’t heard back. All in all I tried my best to like this monitor but it is just a piece of junk. I wouldn’t waste my money! Updated review. The customer service from this company has been amazing. They reached out and sent a new baby monitor completely free. It has been working 100% with no issues and we are very Happy with the monitor and service. The monitors image quality is decent, good enough. Night vision about the same. The problem is after about 2.5 months it started saying “waiting for connection” every so often. Very frustrating

So far we are very happy with this monitor. The picture and night vision are very clear to me and show everything we need to see. We also love how much range the camera gives with being able to move 360 degrees around and moving up and down. That was important to me and has come in handy many times. The range is also good, I can have my baby asleep upstairs and can be in my garage with the monitor and it works perfectly. I’m also very impressed by the lifetime warranty of the monitor. I had a monitor that started acting up almost a year in and do not want to keep buying monitors. This is a great purchase, especially for the price!

We purchased it about 6months ago. It was easy to use and very helpful to monitor the baby. However, the remote battery went dead and we were left with camera. It became basically useless by itself because it cannot be configured to be a normal WiFi camera or so due to its software.

It’s a good monitor and I like the eco feature. But the colored light at the top and the actual screen are just too bright, even on the lowest setting. I wish I could turn the brightness down and keep the picture on during the night, but it’s so bright that we can’t sleep. And if I turn it on eco mode, the blinking light is too bright. I wish I had paid attention to other reviews that said the same thing. Edited to add: After using the video monitor for 7 months, the monitor no longer holds battery for very long.

Amazing product with clear image and great sound quality! I enjoy the feature where you can adjust your view, and the clear view at night. Definitely recommend

Likes: easy to use. Pairs quickly. Rotates remotely. Zoom and lullaby feature. Dislikes: automatic night vision (room isnt completely dark during the day but picture still black and white), camera has to be plugged in (only monitor has built in battery)

Very nice. Its set up in the second floor bedroom. Video reaches first floor easily. Holds a charge.

New version works amazingly

I haven’t had the chance to use it much yet, but from what I can tell it’s a really good baby monitoring system. It’s has a lot of features that are very helpful that will allow me to have a peace of mind while my baby sleeps in a separate room. The volume works really well, the camera occupies almost 360’ which is great, and it’s colored and not just black and white, so that’s a plus. Also one of the reasons I got it for is the temperature monitoring system because the weather keeps changing and I wanna make sure my baby is comfortable. So far I have no complaints.
