Greater than one weekI have been using this product for about 9 months now, and it has been great to monitor from our bedroom to the nursery. The product did have issues, and customer support was able to send a new unit at no cost after trying to trouble shoot. Within 3 days, we had a new monitor and after testing it for a couple of weeks now, no issues and runs great. We wanted a non-wifi camera, because Wifi takes hits and our experience wasnt always the most reliable or constantly needed troubleshooting. Would buy again if needed to

> 3 day** UPDATE** issue was resolved with the company. Only had for 4-5 months before it stopped wanting to charge. The monitor wasn’t able to work anymore and was pointless.

> 3 dayGreat quality camera. Monitor does not pick up sound machine but does pick up baby crying, which is amazing! Also for those wondering, I have the Goodbaby camera/monitor and this one is under a different name now obviously but it is the exact same product and does work with my old Goodbaby camera! Be careful not to leave handheld screen plugged in too long or the battery life does decrease over time I’ve noticed. Plug it in until fully charged then remove from charger. Not a huge deal, just a tip.

Greater than one weekUPDATE: customer service is amazing! I was sent a replacement right away ! They went above and beyond to meet my needs !! I’ve bought two of these and both of them have only lasted a few months. The monitor stops charging. Dont spend you money on this one .

> 3 dayI haven’t had the chance to use it much yet, but from what I can tell it’s a really good baby monitoring system. It’s has a lot of features that are very helpful that will allow me to have a peace of mind while my baby sleeps in a separate room. The volume works really well, the camera occupies almost 360’ which is great, and it’s colored and not just black and white, so that’s a plus. Also one of the reasons I got it for is the temperature monitoring system because the weather keeps changing and I wanna make sure my baby is comfortable. So far I have no complaints.

> 3 dayUPDATE The customer service is superb. They replaced it and made sure I received it within day. So happy. April2023 I loved this thing and one day it just stopped working. I purchased warranty for it and there has not been any response from the seller or the warranty (Asurion). I am so disappointed.
