I have used the Kingston brand for years, a product from them has never been damaged. It is lightweight and made of plastic. I installed it on a desktop computer.

I had the drive for about 6 months now and I have been cleaning things up and noticed that there was over 100gb of space that is unreadable with any program I have tried and will not go away after formatting multiple different ways. get a more reliable drive if you have anything important you need to save. Just message Kingston and I am waiting for something to be done about warranty.

Im sure itll work great for gaming, but thats not what Im using it for. Im using it to give a new lease on life to a now seven year old Dell laptop. The performance of the laptop is a load faster than with the old style spinny disks. It was trivial to put in and fits perfectly into the caddy. The laptop has never been this fast (And I suspect will never be faster since Ill replace this disk with another like it if I must, or the laptop will reach the end of its life before I have to replace the disk again)

What is not to love about insanely fast speed? I use this as my boot drive along with the adobe creative suite. Everything else goes to my WD 7200RPM HDD. And i think its a perfect setup. If you dont have the cash to buy a full SSD storage system on your PC then this is the way to go.
