Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

Ive put these in 6 of my old systems for 16 bit gaming, redundancy, etc, to replace old hard drives that were getting slow, noisy and worrying me about their longevity.

I love solid state drives. Sped up the old PC like nothing else. No issues with this SSD. Id buy it again.

Replaced the traditional hard-drive with this Kingston SSD on my work computer in the office. Greatly sped up the computer, though I would not use it for gaming (as there is only 120 GB of space available). Suits my needs greatly. Good Product.

The old hard drive on my laptop was dying after being dropped so many times after 8 years. Brought this old piece of junk back to working order. Not faster than other SSDs on the market. But it can run laps around any normal HDD without issue and, will help your old ageing battery out with less power draw.

Purchased this drive to swap out my old 3.5 7200rpm platter drive. After I cloned my windows partition to the ssd, I removed the old drive and plugged in the new in its place. After hooking the PC back up and powering on, I was sitting at my desktop ready to go in about 20 seconds. This drive was just what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Works really fast with my sabrent sata to usb adapter and it is still fast over usb 2.

Great SSD for the price and it works just fine. Im guessing it has some sort of aluminum body so it is quite durable if you need something like that
