The size it perfect for my sinks ~~ even the side with the garbage disposal.

First off it’s a strainer, so it wasn’t a big deal until I opened box and saw first hand the quality and functionality. Will purchase again if needed and recommend to others.

I am very impressed by the product. I dont want to spend 10 something dollars on the sink strainer, but the dollar store ones kept on either breaking apart or was not working properly.. so I finally gave in and bought one. It was so so worth it!! There is written instruction in Japanese, and it is sturdy and doesnt move around. The handle does not easily picked up by the glove worn fingers but I like that it is strong enough to hold itself down and wont let food slide by. It is bit pricey so I hope it lasts longer.. and this is April, 2022, it still looks the same and works great!

Our new modular home did not come equipped with a disposal (who knew?), so I have been trying very hard to keep food particles from slipping down the drain and into the septic, where it can cause problems. When I saw this product it looked like it would much more effective than the drain plug basket, which allowed too much to slip past. And it certainly is! With its Many fine holes, the water drains right through leaving a surprising amount of food debris behind, more than I imagined possible. I’m thrilled with this simple, inexpensive and effective way to keep our pipes and septic system free of food debris and the problems that come with it.

Much easier to clean out food debris than a typical strainer. Also like that you can then wash in the dishwasher, but still have another strainer to use while its being cleaned.

The strainer part is very, very fine holes that catch everything. It settles right into the drain without any trouble at all. The edges are finished-off so that you dont hurt your fingers when touching them (which can happen with the Dollar Store kind) and the handle is brilliant! SO easy to lift the strainer to clean it! My ancient garbage disposal died so I had to scramble for something to keep the drain clear, and this arrived in just a couple of days. (I held a regular strainer in my hand and poured everything through it, during the brief wait.) Id recommend this strainer to everyone and its great that it comes with two although given how well-made these are, I wouldnt expect to need a second since this is the only sink I have with that kind of drain. But its nice to know I do have one as a spare, and Im sure some people do have more than one sink.

Okay, so they are just sink strainers. They keep stuff from going down the drain. They are also easily cleaned, with the attached folding handle making removal as simple as possible. And while I would recommend doing any sort of ham-fisted foolery with them, they are sturdy enough to tap against the bin to dislodge food scraps.

Strainer easy to remove and clean. Perfect for septic system. No clogs. Almost nothing gets past these. Attractive. Arrived on time.

This is probably the best sink drain insert Ive owned. Its very sturdy, no sharp edges, and sits flush against the drain opening (no gaps). Very easy to clean. Ive had the wire mesh net strainers in the past which are harder to clean, and they inevitably get bent, so food slips underneath. I dont know why Id need a handle to pull this out, but so far it hasnt gotten in the way, and I did see another comment about simply popping the handle out.

These are really good strainers, adequate size and cleanability.
