Knit Picks Options Wood Interchangeable Knitting Needle Set - US 4-11 (Sunstruck)

Very handy to have the interchangeable needles are great! I had some trouble with the needle and cable disconnected and I had some panicky moments. A friend helped me to re-connect, no harm done. It would help if directions were included (If they are supposed to be included, I could not find them.)

I love these needles, I plan on getting another set that is shorter for ease in making hats and scarves.

My daughter loves this set. She usually has several projects working at a time and she always seems to be using these. She likes the wooden needles because they are quieter than metal needles. There was an issue with the connection on one of the cables, but a quick phone call to Knit Pick and a new one was on the way. Very friendly, helpful customer service. I did purchase a Knitting Needle Cable Connector that allows you to connect cables in case you have a large project. This is not sold on Amazon, but on Knit Picks website (knitpicks.com).

Had two needles break in the course of an hour of opening the package. I dont know whats causing the snaps, but I never had this problem with my $20 set of circular needles.

I love the idea of these needles but on mine the wood came off the metal part making it useless. Thank God im able to return it. I would suggest metal set.

I love these knitting needles. I held off buying them since I am new to knitting and thought the other brands would suffice. However, I was finding that my work was slipping off the needles and the tips were so sharp my fingertips were sore.

Love the colors and they are so easy to use. I always seem to have a problem with the cord coming undone at some point while knitting. But these are my favorite ones to use.

I just got into knitting about 6 months ago. I find that I like using wood needles better than metal as they have more grip and I lose less stitches. I was using bamboo, but I wanted more variety with my rounds. My husband got me these for our anniversary and I absolutely love them! I got them with same day shipping so I got them FAST! They are so beautiful and well made. I love that they have some grip but are smooth enough to knit way faster and not feel clumsy. They come with two sets of cords and little end pieces so you can use them as strights. The plastic case they come in is OK, but I dont think it will last long. I just made a case to hold all my knitting tools. I am looking forward to getting some different lengths of cords so I can make blankets. I would highly recommend knitpicks to any knitter. They are worth the price up front to have the versatility of all the sizes of rounds you could ever need.

One of the most useless things Ive purchased. They look pretty and the needles are smooth but thats about it. The needles screw together and begin to unscrew after one row. (I was starting a shawl and had cast on 7 stitches before they started to come apart. There is a tool that is supposed to tighten up the joint but that seems to do nothing. No instructions came in the package and no real tech support to answer questions. After being disconnected several times on the help line I tried an email to the company and was told no instruction were available in hard copy. I did get a link to the companys website where a relatively useless video is available. The web site itself is confusing.

Am working on a blanket using a variety of needle sizes and this kit has been very handy.
