> 3 daySo the plugs are just as described but I dont know that I would use them again. It is not a perfect fit and there are some gaps that may or may not bother you. If they are not visible and you dont need to finish them then fine, but then why use them? If you will want to finish them with putty or something then its another job. I finished them with 1)sawdust and glue and 2)color changing wood filler. I got a nice smooth finish in both cases but I was using a milk paint and it didnt stick to the sawdust and glue and the color changing wood filler turned purple with each coat. Maybe an oil or latex paint would be fine. Some use Bondo to finish. YMMV. Do the experiment first. I may just use other attachment methods in the future to avoid the problem and save extra work.

16-04-2025Worked perfectly with my kreg jig and pine wood. Painted fine with a trim an a little wood putty and sanding.
