> 24 hourI have been using this roll to tape my forehead at night to reduce movement and the appearance of forehead wrinkles. It has worked very well for me and it is easy to remove with a little face oil.

> 24 hourThis is not the genuine KT tape. I have been buying KT tape from places like Jewel etc, and it has been my go-to for knee pain, as well as any other injuries that may pop up. The store-bought KT tape is amazing, it is very comfortable, the fabric feels nice and soft, and provides the needed support. Store-bought tape would last me forever, as the adhesive is strong enough, but also gentle on the skin. Ordered this stuff, and even out of the box, it did not look the same. Muted color, less stretch, and fabric felt plastic. Upon application, the edges would begin peeling off immediately. I have gone to sleep with tape, and woken up with no tape. It does not last 1-3 days as advertised. The store-bought tape would last me well past the 3 days and I would only remove it to let my skin breathe, and not because it fell off. Don’t waste your money here. This is not the genuine product. It does the job but for the same price you could actually have a working product that would stay on the entire 3 days or longer (yes, the original tape, not even the Pro).

> 24 hourKT tape was a very good invention, and can be used for many different things, and can help with many different injuries. However, KT tape is one of those things that you almost have to be an expert to know how to use properly to get it put on right, and get it to stay. If you watch the videos on the KT tape website it gives you a general idea of how to put on the KT tape, however, you still have to think of all of the factors that come into play when putting it on. If you wait all day to put it on, then your skin is probably going to be oily, and the tape will probably not stick very well. However, if you do it like I do it, it will stick much better. I always put it on right after I get out of the shower on the day that I am going to use it. Whenever I put it on, I make sure that it is adhered very well. When you put it on, you can either get the paper off of the back of it, or you can just rub it with your hands. You need to apply friction to make the adhesive activate. And even after that, if your skin is still oily, it will not matter how much you rub it. Thats why I think that KT should make a more advanced adhesive, because I use it for my knee, and the KT tape is very particular about how it is put on. Thats what I dont like about kinesiology tape in general, is because if you put it on the wrong way, it will sometimes crumple up, or just peel off. I have actually got it down to a science though, and every time that I put it on, I have to put it on the same exact way, and I put every strip in the same exact placement. If I dont do that it will not stay on like it is supposed to. So if you are going to buy this, you need to really study on how to put it on properly for your specific type of pain, and then after that you need find your personalized type of application, because everyones body is different.

> 24 hourDoes the job. But be careful to make sure skin is completely free of anything that might cause the tape to not stick as well. Also using it is tricky if you plan to put socks or clothing over it.

> 24 hourSure, there are differences in different brands of KT tape, but I think were to the point where the range of differences is shrinking all of the time. For me, I care about the adhesive, the support level, and the price - though not necessarily in that order. Actually, I also care about pre-cut strips... Im not the guy that needs to tape up an entire shoulder, so the pre-cut strips save me a ton of time and hassle. Aside from that, the support level from this KT tape is about the same as the other brands Ive used. As youd expect, you can fine tune the level with the preload tension on the tape when you apply it. The material is breathable, and the adhesive works even when saturated with sweat. I generally dont wear the tape for more than a couple hours, and have noticed that the edges roll up a little in that time. Its not enough to affect the performance of the product, but it might get worse the longer you wear it, so thats something to keep in mind. Id say that the adhesive performance is slightly below average for the KT tape products Ive used. Finally, this product is inexpensive enough that I dont have to worry about the fact that this is basically a maintenance cost associated with my workouts going forward. If you work out within the time envelope that I do, I can recommend this product. However, I dont know how it will perform if you have to wear it for 3+ hours, so YMMV.

> 24 hourSave your money, this does nothing to help. Research have been made and has 0 effects on recovery or help. It’s just placebo to sell you an expensive tape. But if that works for you then go ahed for me it didn’t.
