Very easy to apply.used it to tape my shoulder.

I have tried several brands of kinesiology tape and this brand has always worked best for me. It allows for the perfect amount of tension and it does not peel off. It comes in a great assortment of colors. I have used it on myself and for my daughter who was born with torticolis. After a few months of PT and using KT Tape, her condition was corrected. I trust this brand.

I liked how easy this tape was to apply and how comfortable it is to wear. Really supported my knee. Did not like removing it. It really pulled at my skin.

I use this Tape when I get injured at the Gym and now I am reviewing it because its worth it.

I saw a demonstration on YouTube for how to use this product for golfers elbow. I have been sidelined from golf for over a year and have a few years in the tendon so PT has been unsuccessful. I tried these and did well at the range and then played 18 holes successfully. I’m reconsidering having the surgery as I may be able to play with the help of this product. If you have golfers elbow, go onto YouTube and see how it is applied. It is easier if someone can help you but I’ve managed to put it on myself. I believe if I tried this product a year ago I would have been able to play a lot more golf.

The tape definitely helped with the pain of my carpal tunnel but caused blisters and rashes all over my wrist.

I highly recommend this stuff to anyone who has plantar fasciitis or broken ribs! This tape has saved us several times!

I use this for plantar fasciitis and I noticed that it’s really helpful on days that I’m on my feet or doing a lot of walking. Definitely reduces the heel pain and it makes me able to stay on my feet a lot longer than usual. I don’t even notice that they’re on my feet when I wear them.

It helps well to support my knees and recover from the overuse injury.

Purchased for my daughter who is an athlete. Works great on different parts of the body. I even used it for my shoulder and it worked great. Will purchase again.
