> 3 dayI bought this and another similar product for my husband to try out, as he has planters fasciitis. This product far exceeded the other. The precut was perfect in size and easy to use. The adhesive was much more long lasting than the other brand as well. The roll lasted my husband a good amount of time, even changing it daily-every other day. He’s requested me to order more, so he’s happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayKT really helps me with my tendonitis and plantars fasciitis. Not sure if its just a fluke or a bad batch or something else. Ive ordered the blue and beige tape before. Blue stays really well, beige not so much. Im normally able to get a few days of use (with exposure to moisture) from each taping but this time around, the being tape is peeling off after 9-10 hours. Having to change strips every day is too expensive to keep up with. Ill stick to the blue I guess.

> 3 dayFirst off - the only reason I’m even taking away one star is because I wish it came in a not precut version. Or does it and I missed it? Idk, but my issue with the precut is it isn’t the right size for anything I use it for, so even though precut seems convenient I always have to cut it anyways and end up wasting a ton of tape. But anyways, the product itself is great - IF you apply it correctly. Everyone here with adhesion issues claim they applied it properly or applied it “exactly how their physical therapist did it” but I’ve been able to put this stuff on and it last 3 days so….. I can’t imagine they’re doing it properly. Is more expensive tape better? Probably, but I’ll tell you how I apply this and for me it works just fine. Clean skin seems obviously but I’ll say it anyways. Use an alcohol wipe if you have oily skin. But aside from the obvious, there’s 2 key tips to making it stick that I’d be willing to bet people aren’t doing. 1. The first like.. 1.5-2” of the tape - just stick that on your skin without pulling it tight. Then hold that area down while pulling the tape tightly over the area you’re treating. And then the last 1.5-2” same thing, don’t pull that part tight, just hold the end of the tightly pulled tape section and just stick the end on without pulling. It needs that bit of leeway at the beginning and end otherwise yes, it’s just gonna roll up into itself and not stick. 2. Once it’s applied you need to rub it to create some friction/heat. It WILL NOT stick long if you don’t do this. Be careful at the ends to not accidentally pull it back while rubbing it, but this part is key to getting it to stick. I have several ailments I use this for but lately I’ve been using it for my plantar fasciitis rather than your traditional plantar fasciitis fixes. Wearing shoes and insoles with arch support seemed to be making it worse for me, so I went in the opposite direction and started wearing more minimalist/neutral shoes with wide toe box, and focusing on stretching and strengthening my feet. It’s helping, but sometimes I still have pain and that’s when I use this tape. It gives me just enough support without being as extreme/unnatural as insoles. I suppose I could use a compression sock for the same effect, but I like using the tape because I can use more or less tape depending on how much support I want.

> 3 dayI really like KT tape, it helps with the pain I have, from my knee scope surgery. The adhesion is pretty good, but there is another brand that sticks better to my skin. But, I still will use this brand as well.

> 3 dayI have bought a few different brands of kt tape. They all work well but with 1 exception, they should tell you ti buy the adhesion spray promoter or the tape wont stay on even 5 min.

> 3 daySure, there are differences in different brands of KT tape, but I think were to the point where the range of differences is shrinking all of the time. For me, I care about the adhesive, the support level, and the price - though not necessarily in that order. Actually, I also care about pre-cut strips... Im not the guy that needs to tape up an entire shoulder, so the pre-cut strips save me a ton of time and hassle. Aside from that, the support level from this KT tape is about the same as the other brands Ive used. As youd expect, you can fine tune the level with the preload tension on the tape when you apply it. The material is breathable, and the adhesive works even when saturated with sweat. I generally dont wear the tape for more than a couple hours, and have noticed that the edges roll up a little in that time. Its not enough to affect the performance of the product, but it might get worse the longer you wear it, so thats something to keep in mind. Id say that the adhesive performance is slightly below average for the KT tape products Ive used. Finally, this product is inexpensive enough that I dont have to worry about the fact that this is basically a maintenance cost associated with my workouts going forward. If you work out within the time envelope that I do, I can recommend this product. However, I dont know how it will perform if you have to wear it for 3+ hours, so YMMV.
