> 24 hourKT tape was a very good invention, and can be used for many different things, and can help with many different injuries. However, KT tape is one of those things that you almost have to be an expert to know how to use properly to get it put on right, and get it to stay. If you watch the videos on the KT tape website it gives you a general idea of how to put on the KT tape, however, you still have to think of all of the factors that come into play when putting it on. If you wait all day to put it on, then your skin is probably going to be oily, and the tape will probably not stick very well. However, if you do it like I do it, it will stick much better. I always put it on right after I get out of the shower on the day that I am going to use it. Whenever I put it on, I make sure that it is adhered very well. When you put it on, you can either get the paper off of the back of it, or you can just rub it with your hands. You need to apply friction to make the adhesive activate. And even after that, if your skin is still oily, it will not matter how much you rub it. Thats why I think that KT should make a more advanced adhesive, because I use it for my knee, and the KT tape is very particular about how it is put on. Thats what I dont like about kinesiology tape in general, is because if you put it on the wrong way, it will sometimes crumple up, or just peel off. I have actually got it down to a science though, and every time that I put it on, I have to put it on the same exact way, and I put every strip in the same exact placement. If I dont do that it will not stay on like it is supposed to. So if you are going to buy this, you need to really study on how to put it on properly for your specific type of pain, and then after that you need find your personalized type of application, because everyones body is different.

> 24 hourI have had back pain for years… it would make me cry because I was limited in doing activities I loved because of it. I went to PT and they put this stuff on my sciatica because my hip pain was becoming too bad. Well wow that’s al I can say….. for some reason it seems to just take away all the pain. So because I have a small twisted spine between three and four vertebrae, I decided to put it down my spine, not on the muscle. And it is literally taking away all my back pain when I take it off it all comes back after a few days lol so I have to keep putting it back lol but wow this stuff is just amazing

> 24 hourGood, flexible tape, allowing great range of motion. Downside: peals off at the edge in couple hours and leave sticky stuff on skin after removing.

> 24 hourI inadvertently forgot to mention that the KT tape bruised my leg, and took almost 2 weeks for the bruise to go away. Mea culpa.

> 24 hourLike magic, my miserable pain relief is reduced significantly. The tape provides comforting support. I have tried ointments, braces, pillows, and even other tapes, but this brand works miracles. The other brand left adhesive residue. This one doesn’t and it stays on longer. Are must be clean with no lotion or oils. Use alcohol and allow to dry. Try to get help applying. I apply my own but it would be even better if I had help. I even use it for immediate lower back pain relief. I have 3 bulging disks and arthritis there. I don’t have to take pain medication anymore. I swear by this product!!!

> 24 hourI bought this and another similar product for my husband to try out, as he has planters fasciitis. This product far exceeded the other. The precut was perfect in size and easy to use. The adhesive was much more long lasting than the other brand as well. The roll lasted my husband a good amount of time, even changing it daily-every other day. He’s requested me to order more, so he’s happy with the purchase.

> 24 hourThis is not the genuine KT tape. I have been buying KT tape from places like Jewel etc, and it has been my go-to for knee pain, as well as any other injuries that may pop up. The store-bought KT tape is amazing, it is very comfortable, the fabric feels nice and soft, and provides the needed support. Store-bought tape would last me forever, as the adhesive is strong enough, but also gentle on the skin. Ordered this stuff, and even out of the box, it did not look the same. Muted color, less stretch, and fabric felt plastic. Upon application, the edges would begin peeling off immediately. I have gone to sleep with tape, and woken up with no tape. It does not last 1-3 days as advertised. The store-bought tape would last me well past the 3 days and I would only remove it to let my skin breathe, and not because it fell off. Don’t waste your money here. This is not the genuine product. It does the job but for the same price you could actually have a working product that would stay on the entire 3 days or longer (yes, the original tape, not even the Pro).
