Top quality and great looking steam train. Even the small station diorama looks great. My son always wanted a steam train to add to his lego train collection and this model does not disappoint. Next step is to convert to motorization and remote control - plenty of YouTube videos on this! Lego - please bring out a motorized version!? Finally - yes it is perfectly compatible with the standard lego track system.

I really enjoyed putting this set together. It was very relaxing building something while having some Netflix in the background. It took me about 5 hours or so to do.

This has to be one of my favorite Lego HP to date! Love all the details! My 9yo son loves it!
