It does not come with tracks-but you can buy them pretty cheap. If you buy two, then you can have a bigger train (if you customize)

The detail of this set has improved from previous HP trains, but it’s basically a display piece on its own. Those who love lego trains can easily make it motorized with a little modification to fit the “powered up” system. Plus it already fits standard lego tracks so it’s more fun if you’re willing to go the extra mile to make it run on your lay out.
