My 11 years-old built it in about two days independently without any problem. Great size and looks realistic. Overall well-designed and sturdy (with a few loose pieces). Price is a little high. Highly recommended.

As advertised, fun build

I got mine from a Lego store (seriously, call one if its nearby, they get like 10 twice a week) and just finished putting it together. The thing is huge, fantastically detailed, and really well designed. Its really solid structurally, with the skin all mounted to a solid or cylindrical core, and the separations are nicely done as well. The building instructions are in a really incredible book with several pages about Saturn, Apollo, and the early days of NASA. It even includes a little moon scene for the lander that goes in the third stage with tiny astronauts (not minifigs, just one-sided figures) and a module recovery scene with deployed floaters, along with some stands to display it horizontally. Working nonstop it took me about 3.5 hours to put together, including knolling each bag. Easily one of the best Lego sets of all time, and a wonderful tribute to the rocket and the Apollo program.

Ignore the one star reviews that say this doesnt fit together properly. I had to take a section apart and reassemble because I missed a step and it didnt fit right but after the rebuild it fits like a glove. Dont under estimate the size of this thing. It is MASSIVE and very cool. Worth every penny

Best Lego Ive seen. Barely looks like a lego. Was fun to build with my son. Looks great on top of the shelf. The booklet with it was clear and had some great history in it!

This is probably the best Lego set to come out. Its sad that people have no heart and bought up all the sets to sell at double the price. WARNING, THIS PRODUCT MSRPS FOR $120. ANYONE SELLING FOR $200+ IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.
