19-11-2024I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and we built it together. Were adult space nerds who also happen to love Legos. It took us about 4 hours start-to-finish with breaks. This is a great set for 2 people because most of the steps have 2 and 4 quantities, building the exact same section multiple times, so you can actually be building the same thing at the same time. The finished product is impressive in size and accuracy, looking more like a scaled model than a Lego set. Also, the lunar module and landing craft are so stinkin cute. The only disappointment were the astronauts as they are very tiny (to scale against the lunar module) rather than a normal-sized Lego person.

> 3 dayI really enjoyed this build and great instructions as it stands about 4 ft tall, loved building it in stages, really whish that lego made the gantry for it so that is would be even more authentic then it already is i have it sitting with my other space builds of the Apollo lunar lander and the space station

> 3 dayLego set was great. Boxes were ripped up. One bag had been pierced and there was no way to know if all the legos were there without building it.

> 3 dayAwesome. Love the detail. The engineering that went into this set was top notch. I had a lot of fun putting it together.
