> 24 hourIt stands about some 4 feet tall about up to my waste Im 6 feet. Its easy to follow the instructions and assemble it took me some 6-8 hours to complete the whole thing. It does has some inaccuracies but not to much to take away from the whole picture. Its pretty massive.

> 24 hourThis kit is simply amazing. If you’re on the fence, BUY IT. Besides a fun build, the manual comes with a lot of info about the lunar missions and the Apollo program. There are more reviews of this kit than you could ever watch, and I’ve yet to see one that was anything other than enthusiastic. A great kit to build with your kids if they have expressed any curiosity in space exploration

> 24 hourThis was my first LEGO product since I played with them 50 years ago when you just built stuff from scratch with blocks. This is an A+ LEGO for space nuts. This product is not for the casual builder- it has almost 2000 pieces (actually 1969 pieces, year of the first moon landing, no coincidence I presume). It took 3 or 4 very dedicated hours to build. I was very impressed with several features: 1. The quality control was excellent. Not a single piece was missing. A few extras were present and disconcerting... did I forget to put this one in?? 2. The instructions and illustrations were EXTREMELY clear. Didnt keep me from goofing 2 or 3 times, but my bad, not the instructions problem. LEGO could be the poster child for clear instructions. Are you listening IKEA? 3. Although the interior of the model has some seemingly unnecessary Rube Goldberg assemblies, it ends up being a very solid model. No parts falling off and everything fit together well. The overall design is extremely clever. 4. The pieces come in 12 separate bags so one can assemble in a staged manner, and no need to sort through all 2000 pieces at once. Each stage can be completed in 15-20 minutes. 5. The finished product looks like a real model and not too LEGOish. 6. I had a really fun time putting it together, even at age 60. A few critiques: The paint pattern is not authentic manned Saturn V. The SII / SIVB interstage paint is inaccurate. However, it is closer to the real deal than Ron Howards Saturn V in the Apollo 13 movie. The product is recommended for ages 14+ but I think the precocious 10 yo LEGO builders with some patience could do this one. Definitely not a good model for the impatient or impulsive child (or adult). 5 STARS

> 24 hourAlthough the package was extremely late arriving, understandably due to the weather event here in Texas. Amazon box was pristine. When opened however, the original Lego box was damaged, crimped, worn, etc per pictures. So the seller clearly did not store the product well enough. It is the 1st release though so the item is four+ years old. I just expected the box to be in better condition. Everything inside looks intact and new though. For what I have seen this original costs with other sellers, I commend the seller for being reasonable in price compared to others for sure! Paid $134.99 for this one.

> 24 hourAwesome Lego set. Good quality building time with the kids. Only draw back is that it’s so long you may have trouble finding a place to display.
