Purchased 4 sets of 24/20 for transcontinental and international travels. These are gorgeous. They have smooth wheels. I really like the fact that both sides of the suitcase have liners with zippers to keep things in place. Two of the cases came without packing cubes so I contacted the seller and they promptly replied with an apology and indicated they are shipping the missing items. Thats a wonderful customer service. All suitcases will scuff at some point if you do international travels like I do, so I an not too worried if they do. They are nice and decently priced.

Haven’t used it yet, but the quality is top tier. You can fit quite a bit in it, especially shoes

I have purchased 3 different sizes of this brand. They roll better then any other suitcase that I have ever owned. They roll great on hard cerface and carpet.

Really good looking case, decent quality and very smooth wheels. Packing cases are superb. Great set all round.

First the bag is not strong the handle cut off and there is not enough space in the suitcase so I wont recommend you to buy it. I dont have the bag with me here I should have posted it and I cant return it now is too late

Very functional and stapcious for its size

Nadat twee mijn goedkopere koffers het hadden begeven (wiel kapot, ritsen werkten niet meer) eens goed nagedacht over de aanschaf van een betere koffer. Voorwaarden: licht, compact van uiterlijk, goede ritsen en dito wieltjes. Ik heb nu in twee maanden tijd, 6 keer gereisd met deze koffer. De koffer is sterk en rolt uitstekend, zowel op de airport als opweg naar het hotel op straat. Vlakke bovenkant, dus met gemak kan er nog een tas bovenop. Het kunststof is van een meerlagige kwaliteit (althans dat beweert men), maar blijft in gebruik mooi. Overigens check ik deze koffer niet in, maar gebruik hem als carry on. Gekozen voor zwart, want dan oogt hij klein, voor het geval een overijverige balie medewerker hem wil gaan wegen of meten. Is klein dan de KLM vereisten qua hoogte: 1.5 cm, maar iets dikker ongeveer 1.5 cm., moet normaal geen probleem zijn. Ritsen YKK kwaliteit. Enige twijfel heb ik nog steeds met de rubber handgrepen qua sterkte. Zolang je de koffer niet zwaarder laat zijn dan 12 kg, blijken ze alles aan te kunnen. Vind ook de gele stippen op de wielen niet zo geslaagd. Prijs is redelijk, zeker omdat je pack cubes erbij krijgt.

These suitcases are beautiful. Im so sad the quality on them is terrible. Spent WAY too much on this suitcase for it to be totally useless now - as there is not handle left to put it on conveyor belt at airport, or pull it out of your car with. Just waiting for the smaller one I bought to break now. Will be looking at another brand for replacement :(

I would give this carryon suitcase 5 stars but for the fact that the packing cubes that were supposed to be included were missing. Very disappointing - will make me rethink adding more of the Level8 pieces to this set.

I got the set with the carryon, the 24” and the backpack. All items stood the test of loading and unloading a long flight and bus to resort. Yes, I have a few scratches, but each item held up remarkably. I don’t think I’ll be buying any luggage for a while. And, the set was a great deal compared to the company’s site.
