This bag very well made and light. I was torn between this and away. I’m glad I went with this. Very well balanced and maneuverable. It glides on all surfaces. Has lots of room inside for 7-8 day trip. The value and quality I have a new customer for life.

The bf ordered this and he absolutely loved it , sleek, elegant and minimalist style. He loved the compartment nets inside of it . So far he’s only used it for one trip but it’s a hit .

Only used once, it has damage on it..I will update pic tmr morning…but it is very nice design…really like the looks…but it is not very sturdiness.

Ive had cheap luggage, and Ive had expensive luggage. The expensive stuff is better, but as an infrequent traveler, if a $50 cheapie lasts me 5 years, and a $600 lasts me 10 years, thats a pretty tough sell. I had no interest in buying a stupidly expensive piece of luggage, so I was trying to see if there was something in the middle. And there was. This one. Everything is a little bit better than what you find on the cheap stuff, but I could buy 5 of them for what my colleague spent on his. The wheels are a little better. Youll notice that it rolls a lot easier. The zipper is better. Youll notice when youre closing it. Its thought out a little better. The zippers have a TSA lock right on the top. The cubes are nice and orderly. I keep a set of toiletries in their cube all the time, so thats one less thing to pack for trips. For weight I gave it 4/5. Its lightweight, but so are many other ones, so its not like its a competitive advantage. I picked the color so that I can find it at bag claim if I check it.

Beautiful bag--no doubt about that. It glides better than any bag Ive ever owned. I have had the bag all of two days, so I cant say very much about its durability over the long haul, but I can say this--I packed my bag and loaded it into my trunk and by the time I got to the airport, there were white marks on the side. And the thing is, I have no idea where these white marks came from, since nothing in my trunk is white. I of course had to check the bag with the airline, and now there are multiple streaks and scuffs all over it--and I literally got the bag two days ago. Ive never had a bag as un-durarable as this. So yes, its a pretty bag, but only the first day you have it. Its totally not worth the price. **Edit--I just came back from my trip--a direct flight to and back--and THIS is how well the bag held up. If I was going for that Im a world traveler; just look how weathered my bag is! look, Id be in business, but thats not it. This is the worst bag Ive ever owned.

Lovely style. Very poor quality. First time I checked this suitcase it cracked. Not good for air travel.

I have had this bag now for almost two years. First off let me say this is the best carryon bag I have had in three decades of using carryons. The style, fit, finish, function, and feel all are really great. Super functional, rolls like a dream and super durable. I normally do not review a lot of products unless there is a reason to. I felt I had to stand up for this company. I was forced to check this bag on a flight from Asia back home. It was snowy and cold out and I changed planes so I think my bag might of sat out in the freezing weather and then was treated bad and it broke. One of the sides had a big crack in it. I had this thing for over a hear and a half so I was not too hopeful but I read the reviews to see and many said they would not fix issues but I figured what the heck Ill ask. I sent in pictures and described what happened and without anything more they said ok, new bag coming your way. Less than a week later I had my new bag ready to go on the next trip. I say this often but I truly mean it. You really find out about a friend, coworker or company not by the good things but when things go wrong. I can tell you they really stepped up without any resistance or pushback just simply asking. Huge shout out to Level8 for that. They have become my bag of choice from here on out. Great Company, Great Product!!!!

I wanted expandable and this wasnt. I gave it 4 stars because it said it came with inserts but did not.

First flight and it got scratched from one side to the other. The case is easily marked and now looks like I’ve had it for years

I wanted to love it, but it arrived wirh several scuffs and scratches. May be a blessing in disguise. I can return it now, instead getting scratching it myself, and then being stuck with it
