Do not purchase this suitcase. I think Level 8 might even sell an inferior version of their product on Amazon. It broke on the very first trip before I even checked my bags. It broke while loading the bag into the car on the way to the airport. The handle snapped. I have a whole set of luggage from the company and a second suitcase also broke after just a few uses. There was a good warranty posted on their website so I figured I would be safe. I sent an email to the warranty department with pictures of the faulty suitcase in otherwise perfect condition. Their customer service responded that they have a different department for Amazon orders and forwarded my information to that department. I haven’t heard back from the other department and it sounds like they are just going to give me the runaround. Don’t buy these suitcases. They are cheap and are not worth $200.

Checked in twice and this luggage has scratch’s that won’t wash off. The zipper is holding up well and the lock works just fine. This luggage is scratch resistant as long as you do not check it in, but it’s not a carry on so checkin is a must. Taking another trip in about 6 weeks. We’ll see about additional scratches that show up at the baggage claim.

Love these suitcases. Bought the 20 to carry on European flights and have never had a question regarding size. How they roll is amazing - not sure what kind of casters they use, but the are better than on any other suitcase that I have had. One warning - the first one I bought was the Navy color - it is great. The second was the light blue - this color tends to show marks from baggage handling more (I have checked it a couple of times). I would recommend the Navy over the light blue color.

Worse suitcase ever. Wheel fell out the first day I used it. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Have had this bag for 2 years now and it has held up to a lot of abuse over 200 flight segments and 4 different countries. Highly recommend for the design, functionality and durability. Only small complaint is that one of my zipper got torn off (likely got stuck on something under the plane by a baggage handler). My wife also has one and loves it.

Because this thing is scratched from one flight and the zipper broke aswell do not waste your money on this crap it’s a waste I will be sending this back

I hadnt gotten a new suitcase in over 5 years, and this one is definitely a treat. Its sturdy, sleek, stylish and the wheels roll very smoothly over flat surfaces. I usually have to keep an eye so it doesnt roll away. The pouches are a neat addition too. Ive made a few trips with it by now, including on rough exterior paths, and its maintained its glide. The missing star is for the price, as right now its hard to conclude whether or not itll hold up over the years. Other than that, all as expected.

This arrived a few days ago broken. Please send me a new one.

Love the look and the two zipper compartments, however, after one trip this piece no longer looks elegant. They boast a scratch resistant matte surface. After one flight my suitcase looked terrible from all the scratches. After two it looked worse. Probably great if you are just putting it in your car but not worth the money if you are flying. Other than that I love the design. So, great suitcase if you arent worried about the look or longevity of the outer surface.
