Used the case for the first time traveling to the US. My case was inspected by US boarder control as it very often is now, however the lock now opens with any combination. Emailed Level8 directly, they asked me to send a video, so i did, they then said oh our Amazon team need to deal with this not us. I responded to say are you not the manufacturer so why can you not deal with it and they responded to say; We are the seller but we have a separate team that handles the Amazon order. Rest assured that we have already forwarded this concern to them. They will get in touch with you soon. Thank you for your patience. Having cased again 4 weeks later and still not heard anything and lost patience. So be warned the lifetime guarantee is just marketing hyperbole and Im now stuck with now a £155 case thats useless for any foreign travel as it cant be locked. Also to note, the Lock is the same lock you see used on much cheaper cases, so my advice is just buy a cheap case or buy a case from a reputable brand that cares and honours there guarantee.

Loved the case. Unfortunately cracked after two uses. Plastic casing must be low quality or brittle. Not fit for purpose.

Have just used this case on a recent trip on Eurostar to Paris. Held enough comfortably for a week’s holiday. Like the netting compartment zip dividers and the packing cubes are great. Nice to have square corners for packing. Wheels and manoeuvrability are great on smooth surfaces and pavements. Struggled a bit on even relatively smooth cobbles in Paris and not to easy to get up low curbs. We walked from Gare du Nord into the centre of Paris with them. Will be taking them on long haul flight soon so will be interesting to see how they do. The blue is a gorgeous colour!

Ich hatte schon viele günstigere Reisekoffer mit immer den selben Problemen. Nach maximal drei Reisen waren entweder die Räder, die Schlösser oder der komplette Koffer kaputt. Dieser ist anders. Die Qualität stimmt. Ich hatte noch keinen Koffer, den ich mit zwei Fingern drehen konnte. Er läuft super leicht, das Design gefällt mir super gut und das beiliegende Innen-Taschen-System ist so gestaltet, dass man ein Wochenende tatsächlich aus dem Koffer leben kann, ohne auszupacken. Bisher tatsächlich auch keine Kratzer. Ich habe gewartet, bis der Koffer im Angebot war, das warten lohnt sich!

Prodotto eccellente e ben fatto. Purtroppo dal vivo il colore è molto più chiaro rispetto alla foto. Praticamente è verdino chiaro. Peccato.

This scratched up really really bad on its first trip. I bought it because it was cute but its not even cute anymore. Might as well go with something cheaper that doesnt scratch easily because this isnt worth it.

This luggage is very beautiful and very chic. The texture feels good to the touch and has a very sturdy design. The 360 degree wheels are very smooth and easy to move around and do the job very well. I only wish it had more space, but then again it’s a carry on luggage and airlines have specific dimensions.

I purchased the carry-on size in army green color for holiday travel. It included the 4 packing cubes which I found especially helpful since the suitcase itself doesn’t have as many store away compartments (compared to other carry-ons). With those cubes and the 2 main zipper compartments in the suite case, I managed a Jean jacket, a pair of Doc Martens combat boots, another pair of knee-high boots, clothes for a 4-night stay, and toiletries. The initial zip-up was stressful but the material gave way and allowed me to get by with that much. The handle bar is a pretty decent height (I’m 6’1) and the wheels gave a smooth roll throughout the airport. I even bumped someone else’s suitcase in my scurry through. No scratches or cracks on the material. The uniform make allowed for easy overhead storage when bins on the plane were almost full. Kudos to this masterpiece of a suitcase, I had one of the easiest holiday travel experiences in a while. Very impress and will look to purchase the remaining sizes soon.
