> 3 dayCool monitor. Gaming on it is pretty good with no problems so far. The only real problem I have is the stand that takes up too much room with a weird angle

> 3 day...for size and cost. Very clear and responds well for gaming and fine for general computing (I run it under a couple of different profiles on the monitor). Not a huge fan of the center button/joystick button for menu/config but it works fine. Just a personal preference. Stand very easy to assemble. Nice thin bezel so looks good. Will purchase a second one to replace the other monitor on this computer (I run 2 screens)

Greater than one weekI just got this monitor a day ago at the time of the review, so if anything changes I will update it. This monitor works great with both my Gaming Pc and the series X. The PC uses the G-sync and this monitor display 1440p 144hz perfectly. The display is so smooth compared to my 1080p 60hz monitor I was using. The xbox series x is also great on this monitor. I get 1440p 120hz on it with out a problem. This is an hdmi 2.0 monitor and not a 2.1 so dont go expecting 4k 120hz. Great monitor and have enjoyed it over the last 24 hours. Will update if anything changes since my early review of it.

> 3 dayThis thing is requires a beast, but if you have the money and the horsepower to run it, it is definitely worth it. This is my first 1440p monitor, and it is great, especially for reading text. It does make games look better, but if you work from home or are a student, this is a great monitor because it has so many more pixels that you can divide the screen up without any issues. Overall, would buy again.

> 3 dayQuite pleased with this monitor so far, it is actually overkill for my needs. I particularly like the ability to put a cross-hair in the middle of the screen as it helps with some games.

Greater than one weekI think this is the best gaming monitor for under 300$, the pixels are just way better than my other monitor which basically have the same specs. LG does good job at TV and monitors, eventhough its kind of heavy but due to its quality I think its worth it. And the plugs in the back are just way easier to plug in or out. Eventhough I have to switch my monitor mount for a better one becuz the LG is heavy, I am totally ok with it! Dont hesitate!

> 3 dayI got the LG 27GN800-B monitor as a secondary to accompany the LG 27GL83A-B Ive been using as a primary. Its a good monitor like the 83A, with low motion blur when gaming and plenty of features. However, comparing the two, I would say that the 83A is the slightly better monitor: - The 83As stand is height adjustable, the 800s isnt. (Not an issue if you VESA mount.) - The 83A has an sRGB mode. - The 800s HDR support is completely broken. It tries to pretend to be a 1000 nit display and everything looks muddy as a result when HDR is turned on in Windows. The 83A is not great at HDR, but looks a lot better then the 800 at it. - Its harder to adjust brightness on the 800. On the 83A, joystick up/down goes straight to brightness, while on the 800 it brings up a useless accessibility menu instead and you have to go down three layers of menus to get to brightness instead. (Why they didnt put in both on different directions is beyond me.) On the other hand: - The 800 has a black frame insertion mode when running >100Hz. - The 800 audio output isnt broken like the 83As, which distorts everything above 6KHz. Thus, unless you care about the audio output, I would get the LG 27GL83A-B instead.
