Greater than one weekThis monitor does not have true HDR. If you read the fine print on their website and the manual, this has simulated HDR, not true HDR. Very noticeable when you compare it to a True HDR monitor.

> 3 dayWas looking for a new but cost effective 1440p 144hz monitor and all the reviews online said this was it. And I agree. Easy to set up and had to tweek some settings but thats normal for any monitor. No dead pixels or other display issues. Now Im sure if youre incredibly picky and demand the absolute best you wont buy this but then again, you wouldnt be reading this review.

> 3 daybutttt i cant seem to get White to be brighter, compared to my HP 24 1080, the whites are much brighter and more white. Only gripe i have so far, everything else about this monitor is very impressive! Highly recommend

> 3 dayUpdate: I discovered the annoying tone is controllable and can be turned off. The monitor has a speaker that frequently sends out an annoying audible tone to signal something, but not sure what, and no way to turn off the sound. In fact, there are no sound controls at all.

Greater than one weekUnfortunately, this product has a lot of 5 stars, so many people will be tricked into buying this. There are probably much better monitors for this price. The HDR is super washed out, it looks much better with it off. The picture is really nice and games look great. As far as 1440p & 144hrz, it delivers. Also, I did not know that there were no built in speakers. For this price, there are countless other options that has built in sound. Overall, keep looking around. There is probably something better you can spend your money on.

> 3 dayI bought 2 of these because I previously owned 2 of the 1080 versions of the LG Ultragear monitors and was quite pleased with them. I open them up to find that there is no height adjustment for these monitors. That may work for some but on my desk I need my monitors to sit higher up than this. There is also no cable management built in like the 1080s had which is preferable since my desk is in an open space in my house and I would rather not have the cables hanging loose. The final straw is the ridiculously short power cable they come with. The plug is right on the power brick so they block 2 additional spots on my power strip and the cords are so short they dont even reach where I have them on my desk. I havent decided if I will keep them or not but if I do I will have to run another power strip right next to where the monitors are and will have to buy adjustable stands. The only version of these I can find with an adjustable stand also has a higher refresh rate and costs another $130 extra. LG has really cheaped out on the design here.....

Greater than one weekI found that initially it didnt look good. I tried to use windows cleartype to resolve it. That made it better but not good. I saw the monitor was not at 144htz and after changing in the advanced display settings that cleared up all the text clarity issues. Love the monitor controls they work quite well compare to many back of panel navigation. I think it has a fake thin bezel look that even dell does on their newer monitors. There is a 1/4 inch black bars around the edges. Also the vesa mounting for this monitor leaves an ugly cast metal post out the back.

> 3 daySetup was easy, and everything booted up with no issues. There are dead pixels in the center of the right side of the screen. Any kind of quality control would have caught them, as they were dead on first bootup.
