Great monitor for gaming

Monitor developed vertical pixel lines after 5 months of use. LG support was extremely poor. Their phone system disconnected us over 10 times. Once I was able to connect with them for an extended period, they informed me that I was to provide my own box and I was to pay for shipping to them. Estimated time to return to me was 14 to 21 days. Since the failure occurred after 90 days Amazon said I must deal with the vendor. I recommend going to Dell or to a local retailer (Best Buy) to buy items like this since Amazons policy puts you at the mercy of poor customer service from vendors like LG. I purchased 3 Samsung The Frame TVs yesterday and bought them from Best Buy rather than Amazon given this experience. Do not buy large electronics from Amazon.

Es un muy buen monitor. El HDR no es muy impresionante a comparación de otras marcas pero ha funcionado bastante bastante bien. Lo he utilizado para juegos y la verdad es que no tengo perdidas en la imagen.

Super disappointed in the fact that the stand isnt adjustable but I cant be bothered to return it just for that. If your setup sees your monitor sitting anywhere more than five feet away from the computer youre going to have to buy a longer DP cable, the one provided is extremely short. As far as the monitor itself goes it does what it says it does. Gsync works great with nvidia cards, screen tearing i experienced on my old monitor is gone.

Very good for work and gaming, I have an Xbox series s and I wasnt expecting to be able to play at 120 fps, but for surprise it works, it supports 120fps at 1080p and variable bit rate, the image, for my work laptop it performs nice at 2k, that was the main reason for purchasing this monitor

Gaming monitor for my son. He loves it. No need for a 4k when you are viewing 27 inches. 2k works great. Ive read that 4k can put a strain on the eyes when using smaller monitors. Not much to say here other than; this LG 27GN800-B 27 Inch Ultragear QHD (2560 x 1440) has a beautiful picture, has a quick response time...and doesnt break the bank. The money saved in not purchasing a higher end 4k monitor will allow us to purchase a second LG. Win win!

Great screen, however, this one will not go vertical when it states it does. It also is not adjustable so if you want to raise the screen you will have to get a stand. You can only tilt it up and down slightly. Great video quality from all angles, and love the thin boards. Make sure you check the settings to make sure youre optimizing the right ones. On both the monitor and your pc.

The best monitor I’ve ever had. Upgraded from 1080p to this baby and couldn’t have been happier. It’s worth paying a little extra for the LG brand and all that comes with it. Easy to set up and dependable, crazy good looking. Only thing I could use is a moveable stand. It tilts but doesn’t go up and down. Eventually I’ll have it mounted on a gas arm so no big deal. Perfect monitor

I was initially unhappy with the warm colors, but it has an option to change the light temperature. I turned it to as cold as it goes and now I am happy. It is a good quality 2k, 144 hz, everything it says. Do think about the graphics card you have before looking for a 2k+ monitor though. My fps was impacted (2080 base GPU) by around 5-10 fps on games I made 60-90 on Ultra settings before. The smoothness of the refresh rate is very nice, soft surface with no glare/side angled color inverting, and plenty of settings to customize to your liking on color and lighting.
