> 3 dayThis foundation works great for me. It matches my skin tone well and is lightweight. It never looks caked on like some other foundations. Whenever, I wear this, people cant even tell I have foundation on (and I cant feel it). It provides just enough coverage to even out your complexion. It is also great because it doesnt clog pores/cause breakouts. I have used department store brands of foundation before (Estee Lauder, Clinique, etc.), and I actually like this one better (and it is a fraction of the price).

> 3 dayI’m a big make up junky and I’m one of those people who just have to wear foundation when leaving the house because acne scars from high school. I’ve tried many drug store foundations and I always end up coming back to this Almay truly lasting. I like the formula being smooth and thick but still creamy. Also with powder it doesn’t dry matte and give you that cake. I still have a high end foundation I use for parties and special occasions but this one is my everyday one. I still get compliments on my skin and asked what foundation I use until this day and I’m 35yrs old. Almay please don’t ever stop selling or change the formula, I love it!

> 3 dayI have used this make-up for years, and really like it. I think it looks very natural if you get your color right. It has never given me any problems with breakouts, and I do have acne-prone skin. It lasts all day until removed, but you need make-up remover, as soap wont work very well to get it all off. Ponds or Neutrogena cleansing towelettes work great. One thing that Im disappointed about is that Almay reformulated their product so it no longer contains sunscreen. It was one of the only foundations that had a Titanium Dioxide, non-chemical sunscreen. Even though the product description here claims that it still does, it does not! I first noticed this at the Target where I usually get it. When I saw it here on Amazon, I thought maybe this was the older formula that still had the SPF 15. I took a chance, but when it was delivered it was the same as at Target. No SPF! It doesnt seem to affect the look or feel, but I will be looking out for a new foundation with SPF.

> 3 day5 stars are not enough! I recently ordered a few different lasting foundations to try out and found the price for the Almay TLC in Ivory was too good to pass up. I figured I could blend it with a darker shade if it was too light for me. It turns out I have found the best concealer/cover-up that I have ever used. I have normal to oily skin and usually wear a light to medium beige foundation. Dark spots under and around my eyes are hard to cover up,(tip to younger women:wear sunglasses and use sunscreen around eyes - I wish I had.) by the afternoon the concealer has usually worn off & my mascara has taken its place! Now, however, after applying my primer (with SPF!) I dot and blend a little of the Ivory Almay TLC around my eyes before using my foundation. All Day Coverage...I have not experienced this before. No cakey, heavy appearance and doesnt irritate my eyes like other products do as they melt away. I even started touching up other dark and/or red spots on my face with this, powder and blush for a fast get-away on my rushed mornings. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

> 3 dayI use to use Clinque foundation, but found it didnt cover like I wanted. With the price I was paying ($27), I wanted something with at least moderate coverage so it would help cover up my rosacea. I came across Almay in my local store and thought I would give it a try. I can say that this covers just like my Clinque did, but for half the price! It stays on all day which is a big bonus for me since I have really oily skin. I put the foundation on in the morning and set it with a translucent powder. It doesnt cover everything, but I use a primer first and then use this Almay Truly Lasting foundation. I can say I honestly like it better than Clinque(although I still use some of their products) and its half the price. I will definitely stay with Almay!

> 3 dayI have converted all of my cosmetics to pricey all natural/cruelty free products but unfortunately I still cant find a foundation that I like as much as this stuff. The ivory color that I buy matches my skin tone perfectly (fair with pink undertone). I love that it has SPF (another barrier for my fair skin in addition to my moisturizer), and it provides just enough coverage for me. I have tried many other foundations in an attempt to switch over, but all of them were too heavy, too greasy, and/or rubbed off really easily. I would say that this has light-medium coverage depending on how heavy your hand is but it stays put. I have dry/picky skin and this formula seems to work well for me. Until I can find a natural alternative, Ill continue to use this.

12-06-2025This is my go to foundation. I mix it 3:1 with the next shade darker for a totally perfect match to my skin, and apply with a makeup sponge. It lasts all day on its own most of the year-- when it gets really humid out I add a primer. Id call the coverage a strong medium: it wont make you look totally flawless, which I prefer, because that looks unnatural to me. But it will even out skin tone and cover most redness. My moderately oily, acne prone skin loves this stuff, and Ive been using it for years.

> 3 dayIt’s does not last all day for me. But neither does Lancôme or Clinique. I use mineral makeup over it. I work 13 hour days. It is all gone by the time i get home. It is matte finish. It is not too heavyweight. It has a great consistency. I am a repeat buyer and have not found anything better overall.
