I really love these. I used to get headaches the day after I workout but ever since Ive put these in my water, headaches are gone! Strawberry flavor is the best Ive tried. Really keeps my hydrated.

I was camping just a few weeks ago. I was doing a rather long hike and I did not have enough water with me on the hike. I came to the camp to setup my tent and I started feeling extremely nauseous and bad. My hands started cramping when I was putting up the tent I was having a really bad time. As soon as I got my tent up and could drink a few sips of water I immediately prepared the liquid IV pouch to my water bottle and drank it. It takes some time to soak up to your body but I started feeling so much better after half an hour and I could eat some too. That really helped to save health for that evening. Oh and I was camping alone too on the wilderness (dumb move) so you can imagine that I would have not had a great time... Now I always have atleast 4 seperate small packs of this with me, but even one can make miracles!

Hands down the best hydration powder in the market!!! I use it religiously, pre riding (MTB) and during my rides. It contains all the minerals your body needs. Hydrates you faster than water. You will notice the difference on your first try. If you don’t want it. Lmk, I’ll buy it from you !

Ive tried several brands of electrolytes, but none have worked as well as Liquid IV. Staying hydrated is a battle, especially in warmer months. The variety of flavors available also helps, as even water tastes off with Covid sometimes. Ive sent it to friends who were sick in care packages. If I try something where I know Im pushing the boundaries of what Im capable of (a busy day, a short hike) I make sure to drink/pack extra. If I cant pinpoint the source of my symptoms, this is an easy thing to try and is one of the first things Ill reach for to feel better and recover. My doctor has recommended continuing to use this as I recover from Long Covid and to help manage some POTS/autonomic dysfunction symptoms.

I know you have the fluid bottles also but I was given samples of this exact product and like it. Great price too!!

Highly recommended for individuals at risk for dehydration due to Ostomy bag. My daughter loves it and will drink it when refusing other drinks.
