This is my first time tasting a liquid IV. I’m not a fan of the flavor gave me a headache and I put it in a 64 ounce bottle of water and for some reason I cannot get over the taste I gave it away. Maybe I should try one without the taste, but I was definitely not a fan of the flavor

Edit: I had a terrible headache tonight, and when that happens they dont ever go away until the next morning, even when I chug water and take pain medicine. I chugged a liquid iv and it actually disappeared within 10 minutes! I felt a difference in one!! It definitely works to hydrate you quickly! I got the strawberry, and absolutely hated the flavor, it was REALLY strong, and way too sweet, it made me feel like I was drinking extra concentrated strawberry soda. My husbands was in an Ozarka water bottle, and his was too salty. Im not sure about the Hydration factor, since neither of us could handle more than a few gulps.

Quick and easy addition to hydration program.

My job is outdoors all day and this product helps with electrolyte balance . Tastes great .

I absolutely love this product. As someone who dislikes drinking regular water as well as, has issues staying hydrated due to a medical issue, LiquidIV has been a blessing! I have tried a few different flavors but the one flavor I come back to is strawberry. This tastes good in ice cold water and even room temperature water. If you like other products that give you extra hydration, give this one a go! I have gotten so many friends and family members on this and I always carry a packet in my purse. LOVE!

Hands down the best hydration powder in the market!!! I use it religiously, pre riding (MTB) and during my rides. It contains all the minerals your body needs. Hydrates you faster than water. You will notice the difference on your first try. If you don’t want it. Lmk, I’ll buy it from you !

Definitely beneficial when you are sick and need to stay hydrated! Came within a week BUT the package was fully opened. Thankfully the packaging of the packets was unopened but I have been getting packages from amazon that are already opened before theyre delivered.

I really love these. I used to get headaches the day after I workout but ever since Ive put these in my water, headaches are gone! Strawberry flavor is the best Ive tried. Really keeps my hydrated.
