I really love these drinks. I was severely dehydrated due to being really really sick. I was drinking water but it didnt seem to help much. So a friend told me about these Liquid I.V. hydration drinks and offered me a packet to try. So I did and it literally started to make me feel better in a matter of minutes. My head was no longer pounding and it gave me energy. So I had to get some of my own. I got strawberry flavor and it is really good. These drinks hydrate you faster than water alone and also replaces electrolytes and they really do work.

Highly recommended for athletes, its like drinking a healthy Gatorade. You hydrate way faster and has a good source of Vitamins, perfect for after good sweat.

My husband and I ride motorcycles and alot of rides are during the hot summer months. I have had a heat stroke in the past so staying hydrated is imperative for me. I keep this in my drink cup all day. It tastes great and works well.

Definitely beneficial when you are sick and need to stay hydrated! Came within a week BUT the package was fully opened. Thankfully the packaging of the packets was unopened but I have been getting packages from amazon that are already opened before theyre delivered.

I do like this item and I may buy it again. I just wish it was a little cheaper
