Helps with hydration

Helps so much when I get dehydrated. I feel better much faster and I really have been able to avoid ER trips for an IV because of it. I wouldnt recommend for daily use, but its a miracle for emergencies. We like the strawberry flavor and the new tropical punch. I also love the energy version with caffeine.

Works great! I sometimes get dizzy if I am dehydrated (I have a medical issue that can make me dehydrated). Was feeling dizzy, then I took the Liquid I.V. product, and I felt well for the rest of the day - no more dizziness! Woohoo!!

I really like this product. one because I don’t drink enough water. Two it doesn’t taste like all those other powder drinks it actually taste like flavored water you would get from the store, but it also doesn’t taste like water when you’re drinking it I can easily go through four packs a day

My job is outdoors all day and this product helps with electrolyte balance . Tastes great .

I was camping just a few weeks ago. I was doing a rather long hike and I did not have enough water with me on the hike. I came to the camp to setup my tent and I started feeling extremely nauseous and bad. My hands started cramping when I was putting up the tent I was having a really bad time. As soon as I got my tent up and could drink a few sips of water I immediately prepared the liquid IV pouch to my water bottle and drank it. It takes some time to soak up to your body but I started feeling so much better after half an hour and I could eat some too. That really helped to save health for that evening. Oh and I was camping alone too on the wilderness (dumb move) so you can imagine that I would have not had a great time... Now I always have atleast 4 seperate small packs of this with me, but even one can make miracles!

Several years ago while visiting family in Arizona, I was not careful enough after exercising there and was feeling under the weather from dehydration. Folks, this Non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, and soy free product really works and hydrates faster than water alone. While this product is not cheap, it is well worth the price, especially when you live in a climate that requires more effort to stay hydrated to maintain your health.. This is my go-to product for hydration. Ive found that it helps after workouts and on mornings after enjoying a cocktail or two. Most importantly, I like the fact that it contains supplements essential to maintaining muscle and cognitive health. Additionally, ordering the product here is a more cost-effective solution to buying it from my local pharmacies which only carry the smaller 10 pack.
