I was camping just a few weeks ago. I was doing a rather long hike and I did not have enough water with me on the hike. I came to the camp to setup my tent and I started feeling extremely nauseous and bad. My hands started cramping when I was putting up the tent I was having a really bad time. As soon as I got my tent up and could drink a few sips of water I immediately prepared the liquid IV pouch to my water bottle and drank it. It takes some time to soak up to your body but I started feeling so much better after half an hour and I could eat some too. That really helped to save health for that evening. Oh and I was camping alone too on the wilderness (dumb move) so you can imagine that I would have not had a great time... Now I always have atleast 4 seperate small packs of this with me, but even one can make miracles!

I really love these drinks. I was severely dehydrated due to being really really sick. I was drinking water but it didnt seem to help much. So a friend told me about these Liquid I.V. hydration drinks and offered me a packet to try. So I did and it literally started to make me feel better in a matter of minutes. My head was no longer pounding and it gave me energy. So I had to get some of my own. I got strawberry flavor and it is really good. These drinks hydrate you faster than water alone and also replaces electrolytes and they really do work.

Im on the of those people that forget to drink enough water throughout the day, or dont feel like it because I have an overactive bladder and dont like running to the bathroom 20 times a day at work..so these are nice to have on hand to get hydrated. I also like to indulge in adult beverages so when I drink one before bed after all the alcohol, then again in the morning, it can really help a hangover. It is a bit pricey, $2 a packet, but hey its convenient. Its also pretty sugary tasting and 11g of sugar so I wish that was lower. The taste isnt bad, it reminds me of Gatorade with extra sugar.

Tastes good! Not chalky or clumpy like many other products. Devolves quickly. The small packets make it very portable. Can be carried easily in a pocket or purse. Easy to open, yet doesnt bust open in pocket or purse.if I forgot to bring water when I leave the house, I can buy it & put the power in shake the bottle & it is ready to drink! Is great in both uncarbonated & carbonated water!
