Drink one every morning. Awesome results! Strawberry is my favorite flavor!

Bought this for an upcoming trip. I dont usually drink anything with powders or enhancers of any type because Im not someone who likes flavored water, however, this really changed my mind! I keep wanting to go back for more water for the taste! The strawberry flavor can be a little strong if you follow the 16oz to 1 pack directions but I found if you put ice in, the flavor will be a little more diluted. I will definitely be trying more flavors!

Definitely beneficial when you are sick and need to stay hydrated! Came within a week BUT the package was fully opened. Thankfully the packaging of the packets was unopened but I have been getting packages from amazon that are already opened before theyre delivered.

I didnt mind the lemon-lime ones but these were delightful. This brand in particular dissolves very well. I dont always have a bottle to shake up and these dissolve with minimal stirring. Strawberry flavor has very little mineral back flavor. Big hit with our household.

I was camping just a few weeks ago. I was doing a rather long hike and I did not have enough water with me on the hike. I came to the camp to setup my tent and I started feeling extremely nauseous and bad. My hands started cramping when I was putting up the tent I was having a really bad time. As soon as I got my tent up and could drink a few sips of water I immediately prepared the liquid IV pouch to my water bottle and drank it. It takes some time to soak up to your body but I started feeling so much better after half an hour and I could eat some too. That really helped to save health for that evening. Oh and I was camping alone too on the wilderness (dumb move) so you can imagine that I would have not had a great time... Now I always have atleast 4 seperate small packs of this with me, but even one can make miracles!

Works great! I sometimes get dizzy if I am dehydrated (I have a medical issue that can make me dehydrated). Was feeling dizzy, then I took the Liquid I.V. product, and I felt well for the rest of the day - no more dizziness! Woohoo!!

Amazing, taste so good, and keep my hydrated. I would keep in mind when using to dissolve the product in 2 oz of warm water before adding cold water and ice.

Highly recommended for individuals at risk for dehydration due to Ostomy bag. My daughter loves it and will drink it when refusing other drinks.
