> 24 hourI got this in order to add a wireless switch for some overhead lights I have in a pergola. It works so well and is a really attractive and modern looking switch. You just plug the receiver into an electrical outlet, plug your device into the receiver, and then you have access to power on and off via the wireless switch. Great product.

> 24 hourThe plug design is too big for a standard 2-receptacle. The prongs are dead center of the puck so it overlaps the other receptacle making the other one useless. See some of the photos others have uploaded. Probably sending back when I find a better-designed unit.

> 24 hourI was able to use this to control two lamps I have. I can plug in a 2-prong plug at the top of my outlet, but I would NOT recommend trying to force a 3-prong plug. Other than the plug issue, I would recommend this for your low power drawing appliances, I have not tried this out with my kitchen appliances.

> 24 hourExcellent. 10 out of 10 would buy again. Very plug and play, works like a charm for an overhead shop light that I installed on the ceiling in an awkward space that just happened to have an outlet on the ceiling. Instead of trying to wire in a new ceiling light just hung a shop light and plugged it into this bad boy.

> 24 hourI have a floor lamp that is situated behind my recliner. The lamp came with a foot switch to turn it on & off (kind of hard to do when its behind the recliner... Plugged it into this little guy & bam I can turn my lamp off while sitting in my recliner (I did not install the switch on to the wall - I keep it on my end table so its easily accessible while Im in my chair). Will definitely buy another one as soon as I can figure where I need one in the house :)

> 24 hourIm using this to control a kitchen garbage disposal as we needed its power outlet energized all the time to run a hot water unit. I have tried other devices of this type before, but this one is superior. What I like about it: - Super easy to install - Uses commonly available and cheap CR2023 battery - Attaches to the mounting plate with (stong) magnets, and holds firmly while still being easy to detach - Has the feel of good quality, and the on/off buttons have good tactile feedback and instant response If I had one complaint, it would be the price. I guess you get what you pay for, but Id probably buy a bunch more if it were less expensive.

> 24 hourI’ve got an ancient Tiffany style lamp with pull cords and one of the sockets is loose. You pull the cord, you pull the socket out of the lamp. With this handy dandy remote setup I can still use my favorite lamp without damaging it or my fingers. WIN!

> 24 hourJust installed this on a plugged in closet light... was able to stick the switch outside on the door frame, much easier than bending over and trying to find the little switch near the floor. Works flawlessly so far, and I love the stick up plate that the switch then magnetically sticks to. The plug would be nice if redesigned a bit so you could fit two in one outlet - its a little bulky. I know they make a dual one but if I wanted to plug another bulky item in the same outlet, I wouldnt be able to.
