> 3 dayThis product is super easy to set up and use. I use it to control exterior low voltage patio lighting. So much more effective that a solar switch as I can control exactly when I want it to turn on. I can think of over a dozen ways I can use this product in my home right now. The only criticism I have would be this: It would be nice to have a rectangular switch option to match those already on my wall - looks a little silly having a round switch next to a double wall plate light switch.

> 3 dayI have a storage closet that had the old fashioned pull-chain ceiling light in it, which I did not like at all. It would be a lot of work and expense to have an electrician wire it to a wall switch. I had purchased not one but eventually two of the pricey GE brand remote switches. The first one failed in about a years time, and the second one eventually failed as well. (After replacing the battery in both thinking that was the problem) They were junk. I bought this and it has worked beautifully and has a much better design. The screw-in light socket is shorter (the GE socket was quite long and after adding a light bulb it hung down lower in the closet and the bulb would get bumped.) The on/off buttons on this are a simple light press with your finger instead of the rocker type on the GE product. They are more electronic than mechanical and seem to work much more efficiently. It gets a lot of use as I am in and out of this area a lot. The round disc type of switch on this product is a bit different. So, I bought a metal switch plate at Home Depot and the switch, which has magnets on the back, sticks to that. It also comes with some adhesive mounting squares, which I could have just stuck on the wall, but Im not a fan of those. This works perfectly and looks nice on the wall, like an upscale, designer wall switch. It is also very easy to change out the disc battery when the time comes. The back just rotates off. I have since purchased two of the remote plug version, for some other areas around my home where I just wanted a convenient on/off wall switch to control some lighting. I like that each one has a unique code so they dont interfere with each other at all. The remotes also have great range. All in all, this is an excellent product that I would highly recommend.

> 3 dayOur apartment didnt come with light switches, so these came in handy. They work just like a light switch however I can plug multiple lights into them. I plugged string Christmas lights into mine and hung them around my room. Now, I just walk in, press on and my whole room is lit up. The adhesive was also super easy to just peel and stick to wall. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE. Great gift items too!

Greater than one weekI actually tried a different wireless switch before this one, and am super happy that I kept looking, because this one works perfectly. I have a situation where I wanted to plug in some string lights, but the outlet is extremely hard to get to. I plugged them in to this, and boom, now I have a wall mounted switch that I can put anywhere. There are lots of wireless switches out there, but the biggest difference with this one is that its plug is small enough that is doesnt block the second outlet. Im using this in a space with only one outlet, so having the second plug blocked would be a big deal. The on/off switch is also really nice, doesnt feel cheap and looks kind of cool on the wall. Ive been using it for months now, and it works great every time.

> 3 dayMy wife bought some string lights to decorate her home office, but they dont have an on/off switch. They were plugged into a power strip under the desk and hard to get to. After plugging them into the adapter, now she has an easy switch to turn them on and off. We have a few different scenarios we can see this being useful, like the aquarium lights in our fish tanks. Definitely plan to get more of these just as soon as we figure out how many we need!

> 3 dayMy application for this was a bathroom exhaust fan. We hated the fan always coming on with the light switch, and we wound up just unplugging it in the fan housing. Then I found this and problem solved big time. This little device saves hundreds in trying to get an electrician to run a separate switch to the wall. Its a tad bulky for a small space so I just made a little pigtail plug to attach it to in the fan housing. Im so glad my brand new $ 225 fan is now functional again. :)
