> 3 dayThis is genius. We live in a house that was built it 1880 and the outlet access is pretty limited, some rooms dont have ceiling lights either so I got a couple of these little gagets and its been life changing. Had these for a few months now and they work great, makes life so much easier

> 3 dayWent with this one after previously ordering a different brand that didn’t work. Not only does this one work great, I actually like it better than the first one I ordered!

> 3 dayJust installed this on a plugged in closet light... was able to stick the switch outside on the door frame, much easier than bending over and trying to find the little switch near the floor. Works flawlessly so far, and I love the stick up plate that the switch then magnetically sticks to. The plug would be nice if redesigned a bit so you could fit two in one outlet - its a little bulky. I know they make a dual one but if I wanted to plug another bulky item in the same outlet, I wouldnt be able to.

Greater than one weekI sleep with a sound machine at night and there’s nothing worse than being comfy and warm and realizing I have to get up to turn it on. I bought this so I could turn it on right from my bed before I go to sleep. I keep it in my nightstand and it works perfectly. It took a couple minutes to get it connected right but now that’s it connected I have had no issues and use it every night and morning.

> 3 dayThis is good if you dont want to go through the hassle of setting up an app for a smart light buld. I can put the remote where I want and then take it with me cause its magnetic.

> 3 daywe use this in our rv hooked up to our microwave and the magnet on and off switch is in the front of microwave for easy use, so now i dont have to open cabinet and unplug microwave, as we must unplug it because we have solar and that would let the microwave stay on but not enough power to turn on and use up batteries i had bought another type but it stopped working within weeks this has been working very well totally love it

> 3 dayI used it to make my plug in drum chandelier over my kitchen island switch operated. Since I plugged it in to an outlet in my upstairs loft I didnt want to have to walk up stairs to turn it off and on. This works perfectly. No connectivity issues at all. I did have to manually turn the lamp on after I plugged it into the device before it worked. After that it operates solely through the device switch.

> 3 dayI have a storage closet that had the old fashioned pull-chain ceiling light in it, which I did not like at all. It would be a lot of work and expense to have an electrician wire it to a wall switch. I had purchased not one but eventually two of the pricey GE brand remote switches. The first one failed in about a years time, and the second one eventually failed as well. (After replacing the battery in both thinking that was the problem) They were junk. I bought this and it has worked beautifully and has a much better design. The screw-in light socket is shorter (the GE socket was quite long and after adding a light bulb it hung down lower in the closet and the bulb would get bumped.) The on/off buttons on this are a simple light press with your finger instead of the rocker type on the GE product. They are more electronic than mechanical and seem to work much more efficiently. It gets a lot of use as I am in and out of this area a lot. The round disc type of switch on this product is a bit different. So, I bought a metal switch plate at Home Depot and the switch, which has magnets on the back, sticks to that. It also comes with some adhesive mounting squares, which I could have just stuck on the wall, but Im not a fan of those. This works perfectly and looks nice on the wall, like an upscale, designer wall switch. It is also very easy to change out the disc battery when the time comes. The back just rotates off. I have since purchased two of the remote plug version, for some other areas around my home where I just wanted a convenient on/off wall switch to control some lighting. I like that each one has a unique code so they dont interfere with each other at all. The remotes also have great range. All in all, this is an excellent product that I would highly recommend.

> 3 dayI use these for 2 lamps I have which do not have their own light switch. So convenient to turn off my light while in bed. Just plug and play. There are 2 small watch batteries on the bottom that easily slide out. I doubt Ill ever need to replace them. A great value.
