The suitcase was delivered quickly and arrived in good condition. After examination of the suitcase, everything looks great. The wheels roll very smoothly and the hinges Cindy be very strong and sturdy. I will update my review after my first trip with hopes that it survives without any damage.

This large bag is good value for the money, but the non-ergonomic handle meant its functionality was greatly diminished for me. Without gloves, a blister maker for sure.

the suitcase, when I filled it with things, could not be locked at all. Its a waste of money to buy this product.

Travel from USA to Philippines and back as checked bag..many plane switches. Suffered only some scratches..that was to be expected. I will pack it again for the next trip. Very satisfying.

Broke down at the airport on my way back

We purchased this for our college student to use on her band trips. She can fit all her clothes, band uniform and secure her computer and school work all in this case. Works perfectly for her. It can hold a lot of stuff for its size.

The suitcase made it one way on to our destination wedding. The locking mechanism is super flimsy. We had to have the suitcase wrapped shut on our return trip. God bless the person who took it from our trash when we returned home.

I bought this luggage set about 2 and a half years ago and I use them for international travel several times a year. The quality is pretty good and they are also stylish. One downside of the design is that it has no zipper so when you try to close it, its easy for something to get stuck between the edges and stick outside the suitcase. And sometimes the suitcase wont close and youll know something is stuck. So its was kind of a learning process to make sure nothing is around the edges when you close it. On my last trip, one of the wheels got kind of stuck and stopped turning as well and then when I picked it up from the luggage claim, one of the wheels came off so there were only 3. Luckily its still rollable with only 3 wheels for the remainder of the trip. But I do have to replace it now. So I think overall the quality is not great, but acceptable for the price point.

The only fully hardside locking luggage besides Samsonite available. The caps on the top corners help, although it could use them on the bottom too. Wish the handle extended more and wish it had a handle on the bottom. Its a little smaller than most medium suitcases, and there is no flexibility to squeeze more in of course. You have to make sure the latches are aligned and that it closes completely -- if you are even just a little off it wont latch; always verify before locking it.

Its not easy to decipher which size to order when selecting a size . All size descriptions reads the same. I had to go by trial and error.
