Lutron Caséta Smart Home Dimmer Switch and Pico Remote Kit, Works with Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Ring, Google Assistant (Smart Hub Required) | P-PKG1WB-WH | White

The dimmer worked great when initially installed but after several months the lights had a delayed start and flashed bright on start up. I have several other dimmers with the exact same LED bulbs and have not experienced this issue. I contacted Lutron support and was told they would not replace the switch and are blaming the LED bulbs. I am using EcoSmart bulbs whose model number is on Lutrons list of tested bulbs. Lutrons support rep claims that the model I have has slightly different lumens than the model they tested and therefore they will not replace the dimmer. This is an expensive dimmer and not operating as expected. Its most likely the last Lutron product I will buy.

You dont need a neutral(common) in the box for these to work. Gotta love that!

Wasn’t paired to begin with buy customer support got me squared right away. Love it. Would buy again.

Have Alexa turn on your lights!

I could not get it to pair with Alexa.

This is the third one of these Ive added to our home, using the pico remote for a 3-way switch and also integrating it with homeassistant with the hub. Easy to provision the device, and just seems to work.

In order to use the app, you have to purchase another product just to connect it to wifi

Works great. Even at a good distance I can turn the lights on it is attached to.

Had a room with a light switch at the far side. It was a breeze to install the dimmer where the switch was and attach the remote control to the wall near the doorway. Now I don’t have to cross the room in the dark to turn the light on or off. And it dims too!
