Greater than one weekultimately we had to return these as we were able to relocate a door so we did not to relocate the switch.. but we have the same switch elsewhere in the house and it is perfect and very good quality

> 3 dayJust like many reviews are stating, this does not come with a faceplate and is also not able to connect to Alexa without a separate hub. I couldve bought the correct package at Home Depot for a little more and had everything included.

Greater than one weekA little on the expensive side, but it is important when no ground wire is available.

> 3 dayExpensive but easy to install. Can not be installed in a true 3 way. There solution is to cap off the wires on one of the 3 way switches and just use the pico remote . That is not what I wanted. I wanted it as one switch in a 3 way and the pico as a 3rd switch . So had to buy the even more expensive Lutron PD-10NXD-WH Caseta Pro In Wall Dimmer 250W LED / 1000W Incandescent/Halog. This allows for a true 3 way and the pico remote as a 3rd switch . Super easy to use as a single pole. Used this to swap out a single pole in the detached garage and use the pico in the house. Works perfect .

> 3 dayWhile this is the same price as the retail version it does not contain a wall plate. The dimmer is relatively easy to install and setup. The convenience factor with the switches is huge. You can easily automate and dim multi-bulb outdoor lights without the hassle or expense of buying individual smart bulbs. I also like the extended dimming range compared to something like the non-smart CL slider dimmer switch.

PS
> 3 dayIm putting these into a second home. I have 8 of them in so far. They set up very easily. Just beware of the range. They have to be in 30 ft of the hub to work. You can add one range extended (yes, only one) to double the range to a max of 60 ft, which should be more than enough for most houses. If yours is bigger, I suppose you could afford to hire someone to turn your lights on for you!

Greater than one weekI have an office that had a light switch with a funky dimmer (also Lutron ironically). I installed this (very easy, no ground wire needed), and it works quite well. The remote is particularly nice so that when I’m at my desk, I can easily turn the overhead light off. I bought the “bridge” that is required to connect to HomeKit (iOS), so that is an added expense. Once connected (and the QR code scanned on the bridge) with the Lutron App, everything connected seamlessly. The bridge does have to be connected by ethernet to your router (I used a switch connected to the router and it worked perfectly). This kit DOES NOT come with a light switch cover, so keep that in mind.
