I like that I can clean my rings at home and not take them to a jewelry store. I do wish that it was a little smaller just because I don’t have much storage at my house.

This machine cleaned my jewelry well with no damage to my precious stones. You can see it working and it operates fairly quietly. Would recommend!

So one of my bracelets was lost in the garage and when I found it, it was gross and actually full of rust looking stuff and grimy. It was disgusting. The rest of my pieces were just getting dark due to regular wear. Well I received this machine yesterday and today I had my gross bracelet in it alone first for about 5 cycles. Well after I saw how AMAZING it worked, I put my other pieces in!! I used water and Blitz Gem and Jewelry Cleanser. I am definitely happy I bought this!!!

I love how simple it is to use. I currently just use hot water and my ring comes out sparkling every time. I havent put my glasses or watches in there but definitely love what it does to my rings, necklaces, and bracelets.

It comes with a Quick Start Guide. To get complete instructions, download the manual from the Magnasonic web site. Make sure to get the manual for the MGUC500. Pretty good unit, but I wish it had a heater (I knew it didnt when I bought it). Also, the downloaded manual states that the plastic basket in it absorbs 30% of cleaning energy. So for better results, clean without the basket. I wish there was a better way to drain the small tank. And it has to have a minimum of 250 ml of water, plus the MAX amount is molded in the basket and is very hard to read. Update (1/24/23): I still gave it 4 stars, not so much for the unit, but for the customer service. It worked fine until it didnt. In early January, it just quit. Looking at some other reviews, I saw some mention of their 1 year warranty and how good their customer service was. So I wrote them an email and, after the rep talked me thru some simple troubleshooting, they shipped me another one at no charge. Not even shipping. I got it today, and it works fine. I suspect there may be a duty cycle restriction, to allow it to cool down. However I didnt see one in the documentation. The case is made of plastic with no vent holes, and is rated for 35 watts. To clean an item, hot water (140 degrees F, some say) is recommended. And the tank is stainless steel. That generates heat, and theres no way to vent it. Something to consider. But when it works, it works quite well. And the customer service is very good.

This machine does the job it is designed for and does it extremely well. However, it is too big and clumsy for my liking. Filling and emptying are not ideal, in my opinion. It takes up a large footprint on the countertop and in storage. I like to clean my glasses quite often, so it is rarely put away. I do like to use it for other items, like my jewelry. It works great! Ive been very happy with the cleaning results so far. I recommend if you have the space for it.

Lo compre y dude del producto pero si funciona! Solo agregue agua tibia y unas gotas de jabón de lavar platos, y mis prendas quedaron muy limpias y puedes notar en el agua el sucio.
