> 3 dayI wish I would have had one of these years ago. Its perfect for working under a sink or a house or a car. With a 3 Amp Hour battery on it, it is very stable and would last all day.

> 3 dayPuts out a lot of light and runs a very long time on one charge. A permanent addition to my portable tool bag.

> 3 dayGives great light output, but is very fragile. The plastic used in the light head is super thin and cracks really easily if you knock it. Spare parts for repair are cheap though

Greater than one weekI loved this compact, blazingly bright light! Yes, past tense. I think it sprouted legs so if you get one, keep an eye on it! Its like thief candy but Im buying again. It stays cool and runs forever on a charged battery.

> 3 dayThis is the third or fourth one of these I have purchased - two for myself and two gifts. The price has come down substantially from a few years ago. Of course you need Makita batteries and charger, but if you buy lots of Makita battery powered items like I do, youre good. I can get about 12 hours of continuous light from one charge, and probably more if I used lower power setting. Unlike a hand-held flashlight, this one sits firmly on a heavy base, and the head twists and turns in virtually any direction. So no need for a third hand when you are working in dark area - can also hang it by built-in hook. Plenty of light - cant count the under-sink times Ive used it. Sometimes I use it as a light booster on my workbench for close work - Li-ion batteries charge in less than an hour, so with two of them no problemo.

I am quite picky
> 3 dayI used to carry a small LED flashlight to check for leaks in the roof from the attic. Those batteries were small and didnt last, Id end up having to use my phone. I saw this and jumped on it as i already have a bunch of Makita tools for work. This was a lifesaver this rainy season, a ton of light and no issues with a low battery at all. Really gave me great visibility in the multiple dark attics i had to go in this year. I keep this in my truck with my impact and drill. Its a perfect size, its bright and has more light than i needed (i use the 5ah batts) i also felt the price was really fair for such a great light.
