Have been using Malwarebytes for years. Best protection on the market in my opinion.

I installed Malwarbytes for Win10 on my laptop and the next day when I tried to open other programs like Edge, Excel and Word, nothing opened except Malwarebytes. I tried rebooting and running Troubleshooter to no avail. So after 1-2 hrs of trying different ideas I uninstalled Malwarebytes and my laptop worked flawlessly. WebRoot and Microsoft Security never caused these issues on my laptop. So I returned the box to Amazon for a full refund.

Ive had Malwarebytes Premium for a couple of years and it works great. I purchased this license through Amazon because it is a better price than auto-renewal through Malwarebytes. I just got it today and entered the license key on the Malwarebytes I am already using. I have a couple of days on my old license that I think I lost. I was hoping it would use the old license and start the new one. Not 100% sure if that is happening. When this is up in 18 months I will buy again from Amazon if they still have good prices on it.

I received the package today and the box was sealed and when I opened it it was empty. Delivery was good and driver was very nice. Other than that dissapointed.

This product just plain works and works well. I gave only one star for tech support because I have not had to call them at all. I have used this anti-malware software for years and will continue to use it.

I have used alot of antivirus software out there and on the market today and I always go back to malwarebytes, Its a very solid software that doesnt try to take over your computer like some of them do.

Ive been trying to install this and I get a message that the reCAPTCHA is invalid. So I was not allowed to create an account. I thought I should re-try to create an account. I get message that my email address already has registered. I tried to sign in. I get the message that I need to create an account, to check my email. Checked my email and did not receive Malwarebytes email in my inbox, in my Spam box, or my Known Spam box. I went to the website for support, website address listed on the box. I get a message that 404 - Page Not Found.

I got a deal on a two license version during a “Black Friday Sale”. Over a year ago. Got a notice from Malware Bytes to renew this year, but it was $20 more than buying a new license here. Plus, this new license is for 18 months instead of 12!
