Theres no instructions included so youll have to figure everything out including how to put the tube through the clip. The first time i got it, the bladder tasted like platic and left a two star review however the seller was kind enough to ship another one for free with better manufacturing process so it didnt have a plastic taste

Love the pocket space and high water capacity. Great for running or hikes. The plastic taste from the bag does take several runs with water to eliminate.

My husband and I enjoy long day hikes (up to 20+ miles) in Montanas mountains, and our 2-liter packs just dont hold enough water for the longest summer hikes. I ordered this for my husband and it is just perfect - still light enough even when fully loaded with water and other gear. Great buy - we couldve bought much more expensive packs at a sporting goods store, but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this one at a fraction of the cost!

When I first purchased I really liked the backpack but the hydration bladder tasted like chemicals no matter how many times I cleaned it and used it. The company sent me a new bladder for free and it is much better now. Great customer service. Followed up with me many times. Thanks.

I was really impressed with this pack! Well thought out design. Easy to carry. Weight was well distributed across my back. No wear or tear on my back when carrying it. This pack was fantastic for keeping my water cold. I hiked a couple of days in Sedona when it was super hot and this pack kept my water ice cold for hours...and I was grateful! I also drove for many hours through Arizona while it was between 113 and 116 degrees, with a broken car air conditioner, and my water stayed ice cold in the pack for hours too! What a great buy this was for me!! Happy hydration!!!

Use this for hiking adventures. I am able to pack anything I need for a days hike as well as carry water. Filling up the water container and supplies I need still results in a nice lightweight pack

Very high quality bag. Water bladder works great too just make sure to rinse it out with soap and warm water before the first use.

I always thought you had to spend a lot of money to get a good product well, in this case, not so much, this has many of the same features of a much more expensive Camelback for less money, so I was buying name brand worth it maybe not, I’m very impressed with the quality in workmanship of this hydration pack, plus it looks really cool!
