Backpack works better than some name brands out there, but the bladder has started to leak How can I get a replacement?

Honestly blown away with the quality. Bladder works well and doesnt leak, although Im not a fan of the mouthpiece. The bag itself feels sturdy and has a ton of storage. I was able to load it up with snacks, phone, multi-tool, spare intertube, knife, flashlight, and first aid stuff, and STILL had room to spare. I used it for a 25K MTB race and basically forgot it was there. The back padding is super soft and breathable. Im honestly surprised at the quality for how cheap it is. Love it.

Fantastic product, comfortable fit, easy to fill/use, and extra pockets are great for a hike or run. This products worked excellent for my hiking tour of several National Parks out West this summer. I plan to use it in a Trail race in the future.

I work in a warehouse where there is a lot of walking and this backpack has not let me down not once. It holds my keys, my wallet, everything all in one little bag. Amazing thanks Amazon.

I bought it for my boyfriend as a birthday gift, packaging was really well done, backpack was a good size, lots of compartments, water sack was just what i wanted, the water tube is a bit iffy and fragile, luckily he has another water bladder and tube set, other than that good! Very happy! Boyfriend loved it!

This is a bada55 pack! Impressed with durability and compartments. Add more pouches for a decent hiking pack.

Item turned out to be much better than expected....has all the features the high dollar unit has but a much more reasonable price. The quality is quite good and well built...definitely recommend

I bought for snowboarding and hiking and I’m obsessed. It’s just the right size and not too bulky. I used it for theme parks as well. Holds all you essentials, wallets, keys etc. haven’t had any issues with leaking.

Lots of user-friendly features... Almost too many. Figuring out how to remove the lid, what strap or flaps did, locking and unlocking took a few minutes. Still not sure about the waist strap or the lid flap. Works fine and is easy to fill, wear and clean.

Works much better than i expected. Wish the shoulder straps were a little wider and padded but what can you expect for the price. Can’t beat this. Good hose too.
