Great selection of colors, nice storage inside and out. Sturdy and light. Moves nicely. Fits in overhead bin perfectly.

I fly for a living and my last TravelPro lasted18 years with only having to replace wheels. So, of course, I went with what I knew and what worked well. This bag is small, light and I can easily pack 3-4 days worth including a pair of shoes and toiletries. Even with 4 days, easily maneuverable in the plane aisle or walking through the terminal. I highly recommend this suitcase!

Bought two of the Maxlite 5 bags, one for hubs in green and one for me in pink. They both said maxlite 5. Unfortunately, the one I received only has two wheels (that are forwards/back). This is vastly inferior to the other Maxlite5 that comes with four multidirectional wheels.

Nice little bag that holds WAY more than you might think! Very pleased with it!

I thought I would not be able to fit all my items in what seems a small bag, but it’s surprisingly roomy. Easy to handle on a plane.

Travelpro supposedly has a good reputation, in part because they offer a solid warranty. My experience is that over time the handle deteriorates and the plastic starts to fray and gets sticky. Other than wrapping it with duct tape there is no cheap solution for repair. When I brought this to the attention of Travelpro and despite a lifetime warranty, they refused any service because the luggage which I purchased on Amazon in 2014 cannot be serviced even with the stated warranty. This is actually the case for both pieces of luggage that I have. I was actually told to purchase a new unit.

Piece of crap. I took it in a 10 day trip and a 5 day trip. On the third trip which was 3 1/2 months after purchase the zipper popped open and would not reclose. The suitcase was only 2/3 full. No stress on the zipper at all. How do you continue a trip when you can’t close your suitcase? When I get home I can try to have them fix it under warranty but I have to pay to ship to them and I will never feel safe using this suitcase again. Who can afford to Have a broken suitcase on a trip of any length? I will never buy TravelPro again.
