I needed to rework old audio cables on my vintage setup. These worked very well after the ends were properly trimmed and stripped to noncorroded copper. Assembly was straightforward. Instructions werent good but Ive built my own cables for a long time.

Easy to install and are a good tight connection. Just as important, easy to unplug and plug back in with the same hold.

The base of these plugs is huge considering most of us are using 14 or 16 awg wire. The screw function works great. The banana part is extremely well made and has always made a nice tight fit with the wall connections. A year in and not a hint of corrosion. I am using this with mediabridge wire.
