We use this puzzle a lot ! It’s a family favorite. My daughter is 14 months and it’s easy to grab the pieces and slide back into place.

I read several reviews here that said this puzzle was not real wood, that it was not hand-painted, that the animals were actually stickers ... Im not sure what happened with those orders, but the puzzle I got is absolutely real wood and painted, not decorated with stickers. I docked a star because I received the puzzle with a pretty significant scratch on the goat. It didnt appear to happen during shipping because the plastic wrap wasnt torn, so maybe just a quality control issue. There was also some bubbling in the paint on the pig. That being said, I will order puzzles from this brand again. The pieces are nice and heavy, and thick to make it easy for little hands to grasp. My daughter is almost two and doesnt quite understand puzzles that arent just simple shapes, but she loves naming the animals and telling me the sounds they make. Overall Im happy with this product, and Im hoping the issues with scratches and bubbling in the paint were a one-time issue.

My son is 2 and loves this puzzle. He identifies all of the animals and loves playing Old McDonald.

My two-year-old grandson loves this puzzle. The pieces are nicely done, and painted. The puzzle is made of wood. He repeatedly dumps the pieces and puts them in. These pieces also can double as toys by themselves. There is a lot of play value to this puzzle because of this. My grandson will play with it for half an hour at a time. He is not sick of it at all. In fact, if a piece is missing, we have to stop everything to hunt for it. This is a great learning toy, play toy and self-esteem builder. Little ones like that they can figure out easily where the pieces go. This was a winner of a choice for my little guy.

My 2 year old had threw this puzzle so many times and the puzzle looks brand new I was kinda of shocked! Recommend for toddlers
