Quiet, lightweight. Plenty of power for finish work

I have used this compressor for close to two years. I am a finish carpenter so it gets used about 5 days a week. It is super quiet, is fine for one gun, fast fill time. I can not find any complaints and would suggest buying it if you are considering it.

It was a little too small for my application. I think most people would do better looking for a bigger tank. The system is extremely quiet. So quiet that I would have been fine with a little louder trade off for bigger tank or faster filling.

After couple months of use. The compressor is no longer quite and it’s loud. Try to call the metabo for the service. No one answer the phone.

We needed an air compressor to clean and pre-process our laser printed material for our in-office mail inserting equipment. Quiet operation was the one of the most important criteria and this compressor is perfect for that. We found that when shuffling laser printer output, adding the step of blowing air over the printer output reduces the sheets electrostatically sticking together and greatly reduces jams and mis-inserts in our Neopost mail inserter. This was suggested by one of our techs and was an outstanding recommendations.

Bought this compressor cause it was very light and not too noisy I am very pleases use it with my finish nailer very pleased AAA+++

Relative to many other compressors it is quiet, but dont expect it to be silent, its definitely not. Its like a loud person talking level. Guess I was expecting too much from some of the rave reviews. Also the packaging has the regulator and air output pushed against the box face, leaving little to no protection when shipped. Lucky for me, both the regulator and air output had pushed through the box but were not damaged (as far as I can tell). Some reviewers had the regulator fail later, and It may have been caused by shipping damage, so look closely for shipping damage.

Great little compressor! It’s amazingly quiet. Doesn’t have much air capacity, but I can fill my garden cart tires easily (car tires take a little patience), and running a 18 ga Brad nailer is no problem (though makes the quiet a bit superfluous). This thing is so quiet I can stand next to it while running and have a conversation in normal tones/volume. It’s about as loud as a louder fridge. Doesn’t put out enough air to run most tools like air ratchets or impact wrenches, or a sander, but I love it for the brad nailer. Should be just enough to run a small airbrush as well.

This air compressor is astoundingly quiet. Absolutely perfect for my basement for cleaning out electronic devices and other items. My only complaint is the fact that the air tank on this unit is very small. I had to go out and buy an auxiliary tank to make this air compressor adequate for constant high airflow.
