> 24 hourIts a minor point, but irritating. And maybe its not even the manufacturers fault. But the width of the hanger button on the back of my 2m mobile microphone (Kenwood TM-221a) is 0.507 inches. Thats 507 milliinches for for those of you who judge me for not using metric. The width of the slot the microphone button has to fit into is 0.440. So theres only 0.067 (67 milliinches) of engagement between the hanger button and the holder. So the microphone button doesnt engage the holder and drops out. Not a huge problem. I can make one that will work. The old machinists joke being, It costs what? I can make one for probably twice that! Be forewarned. If you have a newer radio with a smaller hanger button, it might not work with this clip.

> 24 hourSeems fine, but why send wood screws that will not work? Correct screws to attatch to cb would have been nice

> 24 hourI attempted to bend the middle tab out a little bit to better fit the microphone of my Cobra 29LX and it snapped off with just the first motion. Go for the Motorola one, its a little bit larger but it is so much better quality and about the same price.
