Loved the idea of a rail free style bumper. Works great on my sons bunk bed. Easy set up and hasn’t slid out of place, mattress cover has texture though so that helps it grip better.

Purchased to prevent my elderly dog from falling off my bed. Originally had one of those fold down rails (not so nice to look at). Also there was a gap that would form between the rail and the bed and she would slip through it. I would also have to drape and secure a blanket to form a hammock to catch her if she got too close. This wedge/bumper is much more attractive and seems like it will stay in place. I gave it a high rating for travel because it could be compressed into a small bag if needed to take with you on a trip. I had no issues with it expanding. As soon as I cut the outer plastic it bounced back to its intended shape in seconds. So glad to have found it. Love that it has a washable cover as well. **UPDATE—it does stay in place but please note, if you don’t have deep fitted sheets, your sheet may not fit with this under it, luckily mine do and I love it. So much more attractive than my old bed rail.

Just what I needed. My 4 year old kept rolling out of her bed at night. I put a pair of these on her bed and she stays put all night. She loves them. I was worried theyd take up too much space, but she looks super cozy. The one she leans into most has slipped to the side a couple times, but overall they stay in place. Glad I bought these. Falling out of bed was a rude awakening for the whole house. Everyone sleeps through the night now.

So far I am liking how soft it is. Its been working out great for my 3 year old so far. We purchased a regular metal twin bed for her, and could not find a bumper that would attach to her bed. Came across this one during my search. My daughter tends to roll around a lot during the night, and this bumper keeps her from rolling right off the bed. It fully expanded within an hour and she was able to use it right away. I would recommend this to anyone.

This product is genius! We bought this when my then almost 3 year old was being moved into a bottom bunk bed from a crib. I knew she needed some sort of rail to prevent her from falling off the bed because she is a crazy sleeper that moves around a ton, but I hated all the options available in the toddler rail department. I saw this and decided to give it a try. It works like a dream and over a year later, she has never fallen out of her bed thanks to this. She sleeps very comfortably with it, often snuggling with it or laying her head on it like a pillow...something that would not be possible with a plastic or wood rail. It does move around just a bit, but never enough that it falls completely off of the bed, a quick adjustment every so often moves it back into place. I have it under the mattress pad and fitted sheet and that seems to keep it in place for the most part. I wish I had this for my other the kids when they were younger. I may even get another one for my 8 year old who is also a very crazy sleeper and bangs into the wood rail on his bunk bed all night long.

Given for a high bunk bed as a gift. She loved it as did not want a bed railing as she is a teenager She said it works perfectly. It gives her a added protection she needs to not roll out but still is lovely to see on her bed.

This is so easy to install and great for traveling/ staying in hotel rooms and such. I love having this in our bed and makes us feel so much better about little man!

Awesome bumper that stays put and is easy to climb over- and bonus: its not made with and nasty, toxic ingredients. I co-sleep, so initially purchased this bumper as an added guardrail- it creates a 4-5 barrier at the edge of the mattress (not that she could move to the edge as an infant anyway, but it made me feel better knowing it was there. The base is textured so it sticks to the mattress and goes under the mattress pad and fitted sheet- which will fit over it tightly. (Note that the company does NOT recommend this bumper be used in that manner- it specifies its meant to be used for older toddlers/children in their own beds.) I ended up ordering a second bumper to put behind MY back for night-time side-lying nursing sessions, and will use both as guard rails when she gets a big girl bed later.

We had the big mesh metal things for our toddlers beds, and the straps underneath kept coming loose. Not to mention, the metal guard rails make it so hard to change the sheets! I didnt know if this would work for our 2 and 3 year old, so I tested it out on the 3 year olds bed. Worked like a charm! A few days later I bought an additional bumper, removed one metal rail from my two year olds bed and gave that a try. Amazing! I then purchased a third bumper! I was able to pull my two year olds bed away from the wall and install my last purchase on his bed. (So he has a total of two bumpers on his bed to keep him tucked in. Not only is he not waking me up by slamming into the wall at night (or kicking it before bed), but it just looks nicer. Im huge and pregnant right now and it makes changing the sheets so much easier. LOVE this product. It totally worked for us!

I LOVE THIS! I cosleep with my 4 year old and let me tell you... this is a game changer! I am a light sleeper and he moves around a lot. If I didn’t have this between us then I wouldn’t be able to sleep. I still get that closeness with my son and I get to sleep. Love this
