I bought this as a gift for my son and received it promptly. He had trouble getting water to flow initially and we contacted customer service. He tried the recommendation and unfortunately this did not work. My son was then transferred out of state and the product was packed up for several months. I contacted Rachel in customer service when he unpacked the backpack and was ready to use it again and explained his situation. She said she wanted to make sure the product worked and sent out a new bladder. He received it quickly, tried it out right away and loves it. I love this backpack! It is so lightweight. As youre packing stuff in, youre thinking, gosh, this is going to get a lite heavy. But when you out it on and buckle the supporting straps, it feels like theres nothing in there! The durable backing is very comfortable and prevents any lumps from jabbing into your back. The bladder is great. Its a little tough to get the hose in the valve tight enough where it doesnt pop off and spray everywhere (lesson learned). But once its in, its good to go. Easy to drink from. So convenient. Plenty of water for a day hike. Thermal insulation works wonders. My water stays cold all day long and keeps other cold food cold as well. There is a clip on one arm strap to keep the hose on for ease of access and also to keep out of your way. There are two pockets on each side which wraps around your sides. I can fit my phone and a couple other items, like chapstick or napkins, in there. Very convenient! Theres another pocket where you can fit some things like a GoPro, a few snacks, or other smaller items. Im not sure I could fit any clothing in there. Jackets I usually just tie around my waist, anyway. Its a perfect backpack for a day hike. I love it!

It works good for ski, extremely light weight, and capable for many stuff, like water bottle and sandwichs

This backpack has more pocket for put more items, so it more likely for hiking, or long walk. Since this is little larger than other compact one, it cover whole back side and getting very sweaty if running in hot summer day.

Bought this for my girls easter present I know weird but they really wanted one. We got it exactly what we expected. Fits nice they did get a little hot wearing them but I expected that. They are 5 and 7 and fits them like a glove and there is room to grow as well. recommend if you like hiking with your children.

Took this on a Yellowstone and Grand Tetons vacation and worked great, hands free drinking! The inside compartment where the water pack sits is insulated to help keep water cool.

Got this for a friend for her secret santa gift. She was happy with it! Doesnt leak and gets the job done. Best used for hiking, concerts, etc.
