Greater than one weekI read most of the reviews on this 2-1-2” hole saw and tried it anyways but bought two just in case. The first one went through no problem I was drilling through 1/2” steel plate kept the lube to it was patient and no issues. The only thing was the spring to push out the piece came off pretty much right away. Didn’t chip any teeth and worked fine. And some reviews said over sized but as you can see it wasn’t.

> 3 dayWorked perfect on 1/4” S/S plate. Fabricated a base plate for a swimming pool ladder.

> 3 dayBought two, and both drill oversized. One drills 0.20 oversized and the second drills 0.30 oversized. If you are drilling say a bolt hole, it’s a really sloppy fit. The quality of build was fine, but the accuracy wasn’t.

> 3 daySo far I have only used the 2 1/8” to cut through 1/8” thick aluminum. It cut well. My only grimace is that one saw was glued tight to the foam below. The paper chart inside was damaged by the saws, my suggestion is that they could make it no blemish by giving a metal chart instead.
